Disappointing. Place very tired. Room small, bathroom bifold door between bathroom and bedroom dreadful. Bed uncomfortable, cold showers due to hot water not working. Food in restaurant awful, couldn't eat the Caesar salad but they still charged us full amount. Luckily there were great eating places on beach. Location great for a break, just wouldn't recommend this hotel. We went on reviews and website pictures,
very deceptive. price.
We loved the hotel and our room was terrific.
We used the hot springs and were a tad disappointed to have to pay for use of robes and a locker fob. We think this should be free to hotel guests.

Very average facility for what they charge per night
Needs renovation ( definitely a carpet change)

There is no spa or sauna .

We only spent one night in this property but would have loved to spend more time. It was clean and had a wonderful kitchen, quiet comfy bedroom and laundry. The veiw off the front was ocean front and just amazing. Staff was so helpful, coming up to give me information to use the cooling system.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

The pool heater has not been functioning since December, but you are not told this when booking. The bed matresses are lumpy and uncomfotable. Noise between walls and ceilings is way too much.

The reception staff were terrible. I found them not welcoming at all and difficult to understand. One lady with red colouring in her hair was very good but the others…forget it! I’d rather have an automated ‘robot’ check me in than either of those two guys. I don’t understand why or how they can get away with being in the ‘hospitality’ business. Otherwise, the room was okay, felt a bit crowded in the corridors but the room was well designed and had sufficient space.
If you have a vehicle that is bigger than a matchbox then forget about parking in the undercover section as it is impossible to turn around and park properly. I wasn’t the only one with this issue either. I ended up parking at the Lady Bay.

The staff were nice and cooperative. The amenities were fine, but to pay an extra $20 for a breakfast which would be complimentary at other hotels was not worth the money. There was nothing special or different about it.
The impression I got when I saw the hot springs with caves and tunnels in brochure and on the website, I thought I would be wading through the tunnels and exploring caves, but I was sitting and soaking in multiple pools that, frankly, weren't that different from each other than temperatures.

Hi Cecilia. Thank you for the honest feedback. Not too sure about complimentary breakfast at other hotels. It may be packaged with the rates that you are paying for. On the other hand, we believe that the Hot Springs is reasonably priced for what you get. Sitting and soaking in the hot pools is the definitive meaning of relaxation.
Over priced, no pool, shower head was cheap, and the hot water took a long time. The revolving door was hard to turn. One of the lifts was out of action. Partial view of the ocean was so small, that you wouldn’t consider a partial view.

Beautiful property. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom suite which was greatly appreciated! The suite had in-room laundry (washer and dryer) so we were able to conveniently get some laundry done - we are travelling for several weeks, so this was a blessing! Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good. Parking in the above ground garage connected to the hotel made bringing luggage in very easy.

Jodie and the girls at breakfast were amazing. Do not recommend buffet breakfast as its very basic and limited. The staff at check-in were ok. Disappointed to know that pool had heating issues thus unavailable until late Jan. No note of that at the time of booking even when we called to book the place. Overated and expensive. Old thus needs a good reno!

Noisy, only one lift was working, not enough parking. Staff in reception when we checked in were nice and helpful. We had “housekeeping” do the room but they didn’t vacuum and the carpet was not clean. There was a leak in the bathroom. Staff when we checked out not good, we informed them that we had brought our own minibar drinks for our stay and 2 drinks disappeared after getting our room serviced, quite disappointing. Lucky we did not leave any valuables in the room. It’s not about the value but the fact that whoever took them thought we wouldn’t notice and the fact that we now know this happened so we won’t stay there again.

The property needs some updating. The rooms are small. The bathroom was clean and kept in good condition. Breakfast buffet had limited items but was fine. The staff at breakfast serving were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The pool was not able use due to heating broken down for few weeks which was not mentioned to us before booking our accommodation therefore was disappointing.

Room was spacious and clean, service was great.
I was very pleased that I could make a last minute booking for the thermal springs even though they were booked out online.
Only letdown was the indoor swimming pool was cold as the heating component was broken.

Everything was lovely. We’ve been here before. Only slight negative was the temperature of the swimming pool was a bit too cold. Something which management can look into as when we mentioned this to the staff on duty; she said it was out of her hands as the temperature was fixed at 27 deg (might be ok on a hot day, but a bit too cold on the days we were there) and there was nothing she could do about it. Overall, loved our stay.

The lift wasn’t working shame on big hotel and only 1 lift working . Also I have asked the front line reception about my tv not connecting to my phone but they can’t give me answe for 5 days . That don’t even brother to say they don’t know wht a shame . Apart from them my stay was good really enjoyed the hot spa by hot spring.

Stayed at unit 501 which has a great ocean view though can be noisy at times with strong wind gust blew the windows. Sufficient onsite parking with EV charges available. Checkin/out was efficient and staff were generally very helpful. The breakfast choice was limited though and the hot spring was a bit disappointing with only limited area competing to Mornington and Dalaysford.

To get a higher rating they need towel racks/holders, better service, a better restaurant, typical amenities found in most hotels from water, glasses, cups and toiletries. They also need minimum 2 sets of towels (bath, wash cloth and hand towel) per person

Beautiful property, but poor value for the money paid. They should make it more clear on the website that paying hotel guests do not have use of the thermal pools without a fee. If I knew I had to pay $57/each additionally to use the hot pools, I wpuld have stayed somewhere less expensive and just come over to use the pools.
