"Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. "Great area. Super handy for the train station and the main inner city was within walking distance (as well as the tram if you're lazy). Room was spacious and there was Sky Sports on the TV?? There are no room keys, only codes which was handy because there was no issue with forgetting/losing the key, though you had to make sure to remember your code. Staff were nice and helpful. "
