"This was part of our celebration of our 45th anniversary. This villa exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Emiliano and his staff were attentive, kind, caring and helped my personally with two "out of the box" issues during my stay. In short it was (from the perspective of a Texan travelling to Italy) the iconic Tuscany experience one is in search of. "We loved the hotel and we loved Florence. The front desk staff was phenomenal and so helpful. They were very friendly. The breakfast every morning was delightful. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was open and they had a breakfast bag for us for our travels. So thoughtful! I highly recommend this hotel."
