The location was excellent, close to shops, cafes, restauarants, tourist attractions etc, but the property itself was very disappointing, to say the least It was badly maintained an poorly equipped, and certainly highly over-priced (Easter holiday rates notwithstanding). The armchair was broken; the doorknob to one of the wardrobes was in the wardrobe; the shelf in the fridge door was so badly cracked we dare not store bottles or cartons on it; the fridge door had dropped and was hard to shut properly. There was no kettle, just a small coffee percolator. The largest frying pan would not work on the (2 ring) induction hob. No instructions for the microwave combi oven/ grill. There was a washing machine, but no drying facilities, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom did not work. The other towel rail kept coming away from the wall. One morning there was no water - called the manager, who said he would get back to us, but never did. Several hours later we went down to the restaurant on the ground floor, who fortunately managed to solve the problem for us. Whilst we loved Granada, and are planning a return visit next year, it will not be to this property.

Great unless you run into a problem.
Besides our mishap (see below) the room was great. Location was amazing, easy to walk everywhere, beautiful views of the cathedral. The beds were comfortable, and was great to have a kitchen and washer since we had been traveling for an extended time. Kitchen was bare bones, and didn’t even have a cork screw. That was fine for us, as we mostly just wanted a refrigerator to store some things for simple breakfast or snacks. Only reason I can’t give a better review is because we awoke one morning to no water. There was no warning, and we were unable to reach anyone to help us. There is no front desk, so there wasn’t anyone to go to. We ended up having to switch hotels.
We were able to see the Semana Santa processions from the window.

Fantastic Siloe Plaza
We loved everything about Siloe Plaza. Location was amazing, right across the street from the cathedral. There was coffee, a good washing machine, excellent bathroom, and very comfortable beds. Check-in was a very pleasant affair with a very helpful woman. The space was beautiful. We had a lot of fun looking for the utensils.

Great location!
Great location! Lovely modern apartment and super helpful reception. This hotel is right next to the Cathedral, we walked to most tourist attractions, shopping and resturants. We took taxi to visit Ahambra and taxi stand was just 5mins away.

Nice place in good location. Only problem is that it is extremely noisy during the night as party goers roam the street on which the hotel sits. Apparently, windows are unable to shut out noise, which lasted throughout the night.

This was the best accommodation we had during our stay in Spain and we would definitely return. It made our stay in Grenada extra special. Apartment was a good size, well equipped, bright with large windows and Juliette balconies overlooking the square behind the cathedral. The location was great with good resteraunts close by and a supermarket around the corner.

Nice easy stay, staff were lovely. Apartment is in an excellent position, right in the middle of all the action. Apartment was modern and had all the basic amenities you would want. Super comfy bed and pillows with nice crisp sheets. Only thing I would change, is to have a proper full-sized ironing board. I am having trouble getting to grips with these little ones :)

The location is really fabulous! It’s located behind the Granada Cathedral and the apt is along the street where you can see the cathedral big wide from the windows! When you glance out of the window, you will see the row of orange trees along the street. Below the apt are endless numbers of restaurants. Opposite the street is where all the delicious tapas are! Somewhere slightly further will be the shopping place. The apt is dated where you will see rust etc and it is slightly dusty. Has a washer and provides washing powder. Host is helper and introduces to us on how to get around the area and to the places of interests and food since this is our first visit.

Very excellent location ,Angie was the check in crew who helped us with all the info and directions and since we traveled from USA she provided a Europion outlet to charge our phone as well.location was on the prime location and bus is right there to go all over.very happy with the place and very clean as well.

Perfect Apartment
The apartment was fantastic, We appointed and modern. Pictures do not do it justice. Open one of the large windows to a beautiful view of the 16th century Granada Cathedral right next door! The location is walking distance to the Alhambra, shopping, dining, and several interesting neighborhoods. The staff was great. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed every member seemed happy to see us. The apartment reflected the attitudes of the staff.

This property is fantastic. It is in a great location and has all the amenities that you need in an apartment hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained. It is not particularly noisy either considering the central location and that it is facing the cathedral. I could not recommend this highly enough.

the apartment was great and in a very good location. it was next to the cathedral - you can see it from the windows. though it was walking distance to the albaycin and the alhambra, we took the bus as you have to be really fit to walk uphill in the albaycin. lots of restarants around. the receptionists are very helpful and on one of the days when i had a fever, she called up a taxi to send me to the hospital. the apartment is clean with all the facilities and there's a complimentary bottle of wine. would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is huge! So clean and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The location is also great. The airport bus stops just round the corner so it’s easy to get to. The room is clean, warm and comfortable. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Loved the hotel. It was on an enviable location right next to the cathedral and had plenty of space. Baby cot was provided (they must have resolved the baby cot issue from the other review) and they fulfilled our usual request to remove or relocate breakable items before we came. They also helped us find a tour with open slots for the Alhambra a week or so before our stay which, given it's popularity, is no small task. They let us check our luggage when we arrived early and sent us a WhatsApp when the room was ready. Receptionist was ready with map in hand to show us all of her favorite spots, and each one we visited was great. The room had plenty of space for our family, a beautiful kitchen with a washing machine (a must for traveling with the little ones). We would totally stay there again!

This place is seriously Amazing!!!! Super central location. The view of the cathedral from our room was mind blowing. It is spacious, modern and clean and having a washer was a big plus since we were traveling light and needed to do laundry. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Trendy centrally located apartment
Very convenient literally overlooking the cathedral! Stylish modern apartment. Very well equipped kitchen & quite spacious. Floor wasn’t very clean & one of the friends I was with was surprised that there was no cleaning or clean towels each day. The underground parking was very close by & a bit cheaper through the hotel (€20/24 hours)

Great apartment in a fantastic location close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Host was friendly and helpful. The complimentary bottle ofwine was a lovely touch. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this hotel. This is our favorite hotel on our trip.

Amazing apartment in perfect location
The best tourist apartment we have had during our three week tour of Spain. Amazing location and a beautiful apartment. Will stay here again if I ever am back in granada.
