We stayed at Mirada Del Mer for a week. It was one og the most relaxing weeks I have ever had. The hotel was spotless, food excellent with a very good variety. The staff were very friendly, in particular the animations (entertainment) team excelled and were very helpful & friendly. The facilities ensured that we were not bored at all, something going on all the time. I highly recommend this hotel, so much so that we are going back later in the year.

Arrived late at the hotel and was greeted well by reception who advised us to get something to eat before the restaurant closed before we checked in which was nice and very thoughtful of them. Check in was quick and easy. The staff on site are very friendly and nice family atmosphere.

Very nice feel of local culture, pleasant hosts, amazing mountain views... Out of the many hotels I have experienced in Turkey, I was surprised to be understood in English here more than at the large overly expensive resorts. You can actually have a pleasant conversation in English here and be understood and have a pleasant stay.

Hotel facilities are ok, the all inclusive is a plus but the service is horrendous, no one speaks English, the white wine they serve is kept outdoor so most of the time warm, the bar team is arrogant especially around the pool trying to do flair but constantly spilling liquid everywhere. The main animator talks so much that is sickening, when you are trying to relax around the pool, you hardly can, the music selection goes up and down in volume constantly and music is caught off mostly after 20 seconds. The wifi is only accessible from the lobby which is a shame. Value for money is not that bad but a good management with people that actually understand what hospitality stands for would make this place 10 times better. Smile doesn't cost anything
