I stayed there for 4 nights. The executive room was big enough to sit and work in the room. The bed was comfortable. The city view was nice!
The breakfast buffet was a disappointment. First of all, the time, only until 9.30 !!
And the food, nothing special, just the basic. The scramble egg and the sausage were cold all 4 days I was there. No light cheese. Also the coffee was nothing to cheer for.
The staff at reception or other employees never greet you when you passed them. One time I called to get a plate and a fork. The lady that brought it up to the room, almost scolded me, for not haven't gone down myself to get it, because as she put it " you haven't bought the food here, have you? Very rude I felt !!!
So, if you have experienced customer service at 5 star hotels in other countries, you'll be somewhat disappointed of the level of the service here
