Property was worn and tired, showing its age I guess. Unimpressed by the check-in process. It was all about the fines you would pay if you set of the smoke alarm. No "welcome to our area" or anything, just very abrupt and unwelcoming. Great to have parking included though.

Hi MoragWe were disappointed to read your comment "all about the fines you would pay if you set off the alarm" From experience on our part, this is mentioned in the registration document purely as a warning from Queensland Fire as you as a guest would be annoyed had we not warned you if you accidentally filled the room with smoke from burning the toast.Again another confusing statement, "Property being tired", did you not see your 20,000.00 bathroom which was a completed a week prior to your arrival ?We are happy to know your appreciated undercover secure free car parking.

Hi FreyaWe were disappointed to read your review as we pride ourselves on our clean rooms, if you had any issues always please raise it while you are staying as it is to late after departure in a review.All doonas have a white sheet under the doona & white pin striped sheet over the top of doona therefore we are at a loss to understand your comment ?

As a family of 4, we loved the pools and the 2 bedroom apartment had everything we could need for a self catering stay. It was a bit noisy in the north tower, above the restaurants so I wouldn't want to be there over New Years but the location was great for the beach and had plenty of dining out options.

Well worth what we paid for the apartment, the location was excellent as were most of the facilities. A second bathroom would have been useful as their were 4 of us, no fan in the second bedroom and minimal clothes storage. Unfortunately the bins in the alley behind our room were emptied at 5:45 each morning. The pool area is fantastic, easy to speak with reception and staff and aside from the points raised the room was great.

We got what we expected with the actual room, being that it was $200 per night in Broadbeach in December. Great location and the bed was ok to sleep in. What we weren’t happy with was the condition of the bathroom and our door being left open by maintenance! The sliding shower door was broken and the toilet filling with water every minute or so, plus there was mould in the shower. After our first night we called reception to have the shower door and toilet fixed, they said they would try to get a maintenance person there and if we were happy to let them come in, we could go out and enjoy our day. On arrival back to our room after being out, we found our room door open, no one was in our room and we don’t know how many hours it had been left open like that. We then checked the bathroom to find they had removed one of the shower door panels rather than fixing it and the toilet was still making the filling water sound. Had we not have had these issues, the room was good for a two night stay.

The apartment was great and we had a fabulous time. The only criticism we have is that the carpet had quite a few watermarks on it but apart from this as minor, we were very impressed. If we ever get to the Gold Coast again, we know where to stay. Thanks so much

It was very convenient to all the restaurants, supermarket and beach. It was a very central location so a bit noisy for us in the evenings as a family but the apartment was spacious, pools were clean and overall a lovely stay.

We stayed in the 2br 1 bath appartment. Have always stayed closer to caville but this was a fantastic location, lots of bars and restaurants at the door, oasis shopping centre 5min walk. Appartment well equipped, just take extra toilet roll as only 1 roll supplied. Would definately stay here again.

Hello Portia We would like to take the time to respond to you, You trashed our beautiful apartment with obscene writing in lipstick all over the mirrors & toilet lid. You did not pay when requested during your stay so as advised to you, we had to cut your keys twice in order for you to finally make payment.You left a load of rubbish in the building car park ( you are on camera)We would advise Hotels.com & Expedia or any accommodation provider you are an unwelcome guest that indulges in drugs during your stay.
