Upper floor of the Villa Karola and has a balcony facing north-east (furniture available) The apartment is divided into a bedroom with double bed (a mattress - so large sheets required) and a living room with double sofa bed, dining area and cable TV. The living room is complemented by an open kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with 3 * freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and plenty of kitchen utensils. The inside bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. Sheets and towels can be rented. A parking space is included and is located about 150 meters from the apartment.
