Manager tried charging me $50 for pet fee when online it says $25 ( check the bottom of Expedia website ) she stated “it’s always been $50 I’m the manager I should know” then she handed me a paper to sign that said “pet fee 25” so even the paper they have you sign says the pet fee is $25…..got to our room and it was filthy… a/c filter caked in dust ( which made me have very bad allergies I was sneezing all night ) the toilet had something on top of it, floor had crumbs, white stuff on the head board, tv had dust and drops of something all over it, tv drawer had rice in it, the sink was counters were dirty, and dirt all over the entry way to the room. Then the manager had come knocking on our door, we answered and she messed up our reservation. She checked us into someone else’s room. So she had to get my card info again. She wrote my credit card number on a piece of paper….which was obviously unprofessional. She should have had me come to the desk to re swipe it. Really hope she shredded it after. We told her about how dirty it was in our room. She had a housekeeper come down and touch it up. The housekeeper was super nice. Then 2 men entered the room as well to I’m guessing help her ? So now there was 3 hotel workers in our room which made us uncomfortable…the pool and hot tub were great only good thing about our stay. the man who stayed infront of our room creeped us out he kept standing in the hallway laughing to himself, called the front desk at night no answer
