"The door to the restroom kept getting jammed and wouldn’t close properly. Our room also had no WiFi… the staff couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working."
"Staff were amazing and helpful. The only reasons I gave a 4/5 was because the room TV/outlets were not working, there was hair in the bathtub, there was a stain on the couch, and the towels looked worn down. All semi-fixable things."

"The maid service made our bed, emptied the wastebaskets, and took our used towels, but they didn't give us new towels, nor did they take away the wine glasses from the previous night's gratis bar. They didn't give us any more toilet paper either. The desk chair can't be raised to a level that lets you work at the desk. While it's a very comfortable hotel, it's showing its age."
"We arrived around midnight after a flight delay and were told no rooms were available, despite having a reservation. Eventually and luckily the manager found somehow a room. Nevertheless, it appears that hotels overbook (just the same as airlines). Be prepared for suprises if you arrive late."
