"This was our second time staying here. This place is within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The unit we got this time, the hot water tank went out completely and we were staying there another night - there were 10 of us staying there. The owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to stay in the unit next to us for our last night AND allow us keep our place that didn’t have hot water. Hands down - excellent customer service!! We will be staying there again. "

"The staff gave us an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a full sized fridge, microwave, pull out couch, eating area with nice table and chairs. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great time. The Edge water is a great location, bars and restaurants to your left, to your right, etc. The downtown park is right across the street too. "

"We were told on the phone we would be in house 5 but were put in 106. While the house was clean, it was very outdated. It smelled musty and it was uncomfortable to see a mousetrap in the kitchen. It had broken window blinds and screen (windows had no curtains so light came in through broken slats). It was disappointing to drive through the complex (which was very nice) and realize we were given a lower quality unit. "

"Very nice property and comfortably slept 10 people. Great veiws at the waterfront property. Not RIGHT in town, but a quick golf cart ride to town center and other wineries and such on the island. We were in late fall so didnt get a busy summer feel, nor used the pool and stuff but it was very chill when we stayed. "

Great property, well appointed!
"We enjoyed our stay very much! From the moment I made the booking until we were on the ferry heading off island, David was very attentive, offering advice for our stay, answering questions, and checking in to make sure everything was going well with our stay. Since we ate all our meals in the house during our stay, we were especially happy that the kitchen was well appointed with appliances, all the cooking tools we needed and more, and even some basic staples in the pantry that covered for a couple items I forgot to bring! The pellet-fed grill was a major highlight, earning some rave reviews for the steaks and corn on the cob that came off it. The ample entertainment options (TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms) provided a nice way for everyone to wind down in the evening and to let each of us do our own thing for a bit before turning in. The master bedroom and bathroom were also especially nice, with great light, comfy bedding, and wonderful shower. Definitely recommended for the property itself and the great host."
