We were not aware of your means of travel to Gisborne so your booking was kept in place in good faith. We did endeavour to contact you via the phone number provided on the booking on the night of arrival, however it appears to be an incorrect number. Despite not been able to use your app a phone call or email notification would have been possible therefore the no show charge applies.
