Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Our room had some issues mostly the bathroom. Our door handle kept falling off and locking us in the bathroom. The shower door was really tight and difficult to operate. We felt as if it was going to fall. The bath mirror was also coming out of the frame. Everything else was excellent. Just need to be careful and have maintenance look into it. Thanks

The staff was great ! They were very helpful , the issue we had was that our first rooms toilet was leaking. They moved us from room and that same bathroom was also leaking, staff was sweet and polite . Unfortunately they were sold out that next night so we could not move but they gave us free breakfast. The first rooms toilet we were at smelled clean and pleasant the second one did not , it smelled a bit musty and unpleasant . Breakfast was great you do have to pay for it and waffles are extra $16 bit with a purchase of breakfast you get it for $6 .

What I liked: clean, well maintained, onsite parking, decent sized gym with weights and cardio equipment, nice beds, nice shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion. I like that the bottles were large, not the tiny plastic ones; more eco-friendly. The staff was helpful. There's a self checkout mini store for drinks and snacks. The room was a decent size with desk, plenty of charging outlets, microwave and fridge. There's a nice looking pool but I didn't use because I didn't bring a swimsuit. There was breakfast but it was $15 per person and we preferred to go out for options. It was relatively quiet to sleep except for some fireworks that woke me up even though I was wearing ear plugs. I prefer wood -like floors instead of carpet. I would stay here again.

I see a lot of negative reviews posted about this property, but we have always found it to be a great option for those frequent weekends when everything within easy reach of Salinas/Monterey is overpriced. This property is consistently clean and comfortable, with a modest price tag for the area. We haven't had time to make use of the amenities/restaurant, so I can't speak to those, but I can say that we have stayed here many times and always find it to be a clean, comfortable stay at a good value.

We decided to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. There was only one person serving. The tables were not clean, and it took a long time to be served. We understood she was busy, but we did not feel well taken care of. The drain I. The bathroom sink was plugged. The cover of the drain in the bathtub was not placed correctly and just sitting on top, and the water was not drained correctly. Under the cover was not cleaned and gooey inside. The person at the front desk seemed to be very professional and helpful in many ways.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love the fact that there is a bar and restaurant in the lobby. The food is excellent and the drink choices are top notch. I have stayed there many times and will stay there every time I need to be in that area.

Overall great location. Signs of reworked to doors and walls throughout the property. A small “trash” area behind the building can been seen with piled up old furniture, electronics, etc. the breakfast was also a bit expensive. Nevertheless, the food was good, the staff was amazing, the rooms were overall clean, and the amenities within the room were all amazing.

I have stayed at multiple HILTON FAMILY HOTELS as a honors member. When I booked hotel I was under the impression that hotel included a breakfast as other Hilton Family Hotels generally have. The hotel didn’t even have a continental breakfast. If I would of known I would of stayed elsewhere.
