"We had no doorknob, no towels, and our ceiling was leaking and had to almost move hotels, until they were able to get us a room that we had to make our own bed and give our children a bed on floor."

"After working over 17 hours in really crappy conditions I made it to the hotel. The young lady at the front desk was so nice to talk to. She quickly got me checked in. The was very good at listening to my room needs. Very polite and helpful. She represented herself and the hotel very well. I wish I had asked her her name. I stay in Gillette a time or two per month. This is my go-to hotel!"
