In an isolated location but the hotel is kept up nicely. Located next to a truck stop which has all sorts of foods and interesting things/stuff to purchase. Our room is very clean and away from the freeway so it’s nice and quiet.

My room was extremely dirty ! I had hair all over in the bathroom, dirt and something sticky all over the floor in the main sleeping area. My clean towels had hair and something that looked like weeds , most likely had been outside. The walls were very thin !

Pretty basic, but clean and bright. Not bad or anything, but simply a standard roadside travel hotel. Bit noisy with banging hotel rooms early in the morning. Staff were great though, friendly and helpful.

It was definitely worth the price. Liked that the room was very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. I don't believe there was an elevator which would be an obstacle for elderly or disabled. Our TV had no signal but we didnt discover that until really late at night so it was too late to address the issue.

When I booking a hotel, I check the ranking and opinions of other customers and I don't know how this hotel achieved the "very good" status, because the hotel was generally dirty. First of all, the sheets on the bed were dirty, which I reported and I was given another room, but in both rooms the shelves in the refrigerators were rusty, and the floor was dirty.

The toilet ring was visibily dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky. The hallway has vinyl plank and was very noisy, carrying noise from one end to the other. The staff was unhelpful, especially at breakfest, we needed to wait for refills.

Got in a little late and the room that we had reserved was already gone. We were put in a room with a single bed instead so we had a place to stay but no attempt to rectify the issue of not getting what had already been paid for. Staff wasnt the most welcoming group I've dealt with. Room was acceptable otherwise.

Maybe the grossest hotel I've ever stayed in
After aong day of driving I was looking forward to a hot shower and a good night sleep. I should have taken the critical reviews more seriously. The first room I was given (317) had broken tv and fridge. The 2nd room (319) had garbage already in the bins when I arrived. There was dirt and hair in hallway and the bathroom and the toilet was filthy. By then it was 11pm and I was exhausted. I give a 4/10 rating bc no one broke into my car or my room but I wish I'd have spent the extra money and stayed elsewhere.

We liked that the beds were clean and comfortable and decor was nice. The rooms have been recently remodeled. Unfortunately, the cleanliness everywhere else was lacking. The sink in the bathroom was not properly cleaned and there was dog food on the floor next to the trash can (not ours).

No soap of any kind. I had to ask the front office for some and was given individual bars. Hotel is adjacent to truck gas station therefore noisy. Walls are paper thin. Breakfast is very basic (bread, yogurt, cereal, coffee, etc.)

Clean facility friendly staff. We were on the first floor and the noise from the room above was annoying early in the morning. Nothing much around for restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel was minimal.
