I was given a business room but no view there’s a window but I don’t see anything I felt claustrophobic, and the room is dark without the lights on. I asked to be transferred but no room she said, other than that, everything else is good, especially Rosanna and Laura they’re both helpful and helped me to arranged my itinerary during my stay. The owner was nice to exchanged my money.

Challenging neighborhood due to proximity of the only one way, one have road makes for some noise. But unobstructed view of the sea from our superior room. Can't say enough about the staff: friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional all at once. Many restaurants, all great. Free parking. Proximate to Taormina - walking distance. Town has seen better days but tourism is bringing it back. Meanwhile, overlook the rough edges - you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! My only regret about the place is that I had to leave to explore more of Sicily! Highly recommend. It is a wonderful place to stay!

The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure you had a great experience. Loved the oceanfront suite, you can hear ocean waves from the room and the oversized balcony was a treat. I’d love to stay here again but it was a drive to Taormina by taxi which not convenient. There were limited dining options in walking distance. Overall the hotel was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. Wish there were more dining options close by.

Nice clean hotel on the waterfront. We we staying over the Ferragosto holiday so it was probably a bit more lively than usual. But overall we enjoyed it! We had perhaps mistakenly assumed that parking was included and on-site. The hotel has a deal with Naxos Parking, which is around the corner (c.200m) and they were charging €15 per day. Something to consider!

Superb hotel in the heart of Naxos right on the beach. Room was beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! A giant spread for something to eat for everyone and it tasted so good! I felt very safe, and the owners were very friendly upon checkin and check out. Taormina was only 10 minutes away. Private parking for 15eur a night. The concierge Rosalina was super helpful with booking our Mt. Etna tour and reservation at the “White Lotus” restaurant in Taormina. Overall a lovely location, great staff, great room,

Parking was not easy to get to, and was a ways away from hotel, so that was a bit annoying. Hotel itself was very nice, clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing and close to lots of other options for eating.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice and it’s such a wonderful place. The staff is incredible and the rooms are clean and spacious. The view is amazing from the rooms with a sea view. Tasty breakfast buffet. We’ll be back!

A gem in a superb location
The hotel Nautilus is a gem. The location is superb. The establishment is up to date and with utmost cleanliness. Breakfast was exceptional with a variety to suit everyone’s tastes. Most importantly the proprietors and staff without exception are outstanding going above and beyond to make you feel welcome, comfortable and responding to enquiries about the area. We only stayed one night as we were travelling to a different part of the island but we would definitely return and stay for longer. Thank you so very much for your hospitality.

The BEST hotel in Giardini Naxos!
This hotel was absolutely amazing, I don't even know where to begin! The rooms were fantastic, excellent location, great food, and the service was AMAZING! The owner was always downstairs with a smile on his face greeting guests. The breakfast and breakfast staff were PERFECT and absolutely made our day! We will definitely be staying here again!

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Room was spacious. Location was terrific right on the waterfront. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue during our stay was the poor internet connection in our room.

This hotel is in a great location in Naxos. It’s a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you right to Taormina (15 minute bus ride). It’s right on the beach and the hotel will provide beach towels and an umbrella - a great touch! The rooms are clean and the staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is fantastic as well.

This is by far the best hotel in the area!! I would rate it a 5star hotel all the way. Soooo clean, and kept up, perfect accommodations!! The management were great, friendly, and so helpful in so many ways! 5 steps to the beach, and a breakfast buffet to die for!! Thank you,, for the greatest stay while touring italy!!!

A beautiful property, newly opened. The rooms are stylish and modern. The whole hotel was really clean, the staff were friendly and professional. The beds were comfy. Beach umbrellas available on request. The hotel is in a great location, directly across from the beach. The views from the rooms, roof top and lobby are fabulous. It was a 15min bus ride to Taormina on the inter bus for €3 and the bus ran all day and late into the night. The bus was comfy and air conditioned and the bus stop was 2mins down the road. I much preferred to stay outside of Taormina on the beach and travel in and out at ease when I wanted to. The breakfast was great, so many options and barista coffees to order. Lots of restaurants nearby including A’ Putia. I highly recommend going here - food, wine and service are amazing.
