Our 2 day stay
The staff was great. I have a few complaints. I was charged a 100.00 deposit fee when I checked into the hotel and didn’t realize it till the next . Our last morning at our room there was a cockroach in our bathroom. Those are my only main complaints. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room wasn’t very clean. I found a chicken tender, earrings, and candy just laying on the floor. The shower handle kept coming off and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The pillows and bed were not comfortable.

I booked the room especially because it had a pool. I could have stayed much closer to our family party but thought the pool would be great for our 4yo son. It was not open no notice of that and the coffee machine in lobby was broken. My door room 206 would not lock and was told sorry there are no other rooms to move you to. In the morning we were planning on having breakfast brought up to our large suite but I saw a roach crawling on the wall and no longer wanted to eat there. I had 2 rooms there and planned to enjoy the amenities but there were none

The Trogan Diner was great, but the hotel was very dated and smelled extremely bad. I had to change rooms twice before there was a sort of acceptabe solution.

Even though hallways needed upgrades and cleaning, the room was newly renovated, comfortable, clean and quiet. Will book again in future.

The property is very dirty there was mold in the bathroom of all three rooms we rented the door handle was broken on one of the rooms there was a rat poison or some sort of white powder substance all over one of the rooms when the door handle was brought up to a staff they just chuckled and asked how the guy got out would not recommend this property only stayed there because it was close to our job

I booked for an creek view room with balcony and wasn’t giving the room in which i had booked for. The room door took for ever to read the room key for us to get into the room. That was super annoying. We ended up getting 4 sets of keys.

I would avoid this hotel and change his owners frequently and it just uses paint to cover up the miserable rooms hallways and facilities

they would not let me check in until 5pm so I asked to cancel my reservation and get money back and they said yes but they never gave me my money back. They were very under staffed and other folks were complaining in the lobby. I used my points with you all and also $126 all gone.

The girl at the front desk was super sweet, checking in and out was very easy! The hotel itself smelled very strongly of cigarettes & was just overall kind of rundown.

We arrived just after 3:00 pm. Our room was now ready. Staff stayed it would be about 30 minutes until it would be ready. At 4:30 pm the room was still not ready. They had no idea when it would be ready. Three other parties were also wait for rooms to be prepared. We decided to go somewhere else and asked for a refund since the hotel did not live up to their end of the agreement. Staff stated our reservation was canceled at our request and that the cost of our room would be credited to our credit card. We left and found a very nice room down the street at a different property.

we arrived at 5 pm 1 room was ready the other was not. there was a smell that made me sick to my stomach. There was NO extra towels on site. The best thing for me was the elevator was not working. I have bad knees and cannot take stairs. So we did not stay..

Much older hotel. Beds were small… not very comfortable. More like a double than a queen. Refrigerator was not on and didn’t work when plugged in. Girl at desk was new and didn’t know where our room was. I booked this one over another because it had breakfast and they didn’t serve breakfast anymore.

We were short on towels for our entire 3 night stay. On 3 trips to the front desk, we were promised someone would bring them to our room, (they always said they had “just put a load in to wash”) but we never got them! While the building has been renovated, cleanliness does not appear to be a high priority. The lobby is difficult to find as there are no prominent signs inside or out. There was often a small group congregated at Entrance 2 (a door that did not latch closed). Don’t know if they were “guests,” locals or employees. I guess I expected too much from the Clairion name and was very disappointed!

For $100 a night after taxes I am super disappointed. The entire hallway where the "smoke free" rooms were smelled terribly of cigarettes. I had got in late and went right to sleep so I didn't notice until the morning there were stains on the furniture that I don't even want to say what I think it was. Under the white sheets was a white comforter with yellow stains all over it. As I was leaving the room the next morning I saw a cockroach on the wall near the door. I told the desk attendant and showed her a picture. She reacted as if the bug was on her and said pest control comes weekly so didn't know how it got there. I don't like leaving negative reviews even in a situation like this but the website doesn't give me an email address to leave feedback and I was on hold so long when I called that I couldn't wait any longer.

The guy at the front counter was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our rooms both had a funky smell and weren’t cleaned well. The rooms had updated bathrooms and decor. Our toilet made dripping noises all night. There seemed to be a lot of long term residents that hung around the parking lots and by the doorways. Overall wasn’t a terrible stay for one night but wouldn’t stay here again.

Bathroom curtain covered with mold. Same for ceiling tiles in BR and grout in BR. Hall smelled of moisture and just overall old and in poor condition. Also our suite faced the main road and traffic noise was excessive. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
