Very disappointing to find out that all spa facilities were closed, there is not a lot to do apart from relaxing, it is advertised that WiFi is only in common areas, however there’s no service for your phone (4G) which should also be advertised as you cannot even make calls, so you would at least expect there to be other activities and facilities for their guests. When we arrived, we were expecting to use their pool and Spa Facilities especially because we’re in the middle...

"First, the staff was amazing and very very friendly. If you needed help, they were extremely quick in responding. That was the best part of the stay. The bfast was ok tasting. As for the rest, the hotel and especially the rooms needs an upgrade. There wasn’t one piece of furniture in the room that wasn’t visibly distressed. "

"The hotel is false advertising; it’s not complete, few amenities are still missing or under construction. The buffet was supposed to open at 8:00 to find out that it pushed it to 9:30. The rooms are dirty and no phones were available; which makes it hard to communicate with the front desk. The access to the property is very difficult and somewhat scary. At it’s almost impossible to drive on the narrow access at night without the risk of falling in the ditch."
