Spacious Large House
Great for me to work out of for my week to Geraldton, good condition and air cons lasted well to cool entire house nicely during a week of 40-46 degrees.

This house really suited us- a bedroom each w double beds, well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounges. 5 mins walk to the beach but needed the car to get into town. Very quiet street.

Beach Bliss
Very clean, super comfortable, has everything you need and more! Excellent outdoor area to BBQ and relax. Home is airy, sea breezes, views, excellent street and area too. Beautiful morning beach walks. Great evening walks to see out the day. We love this property. Host Anna is amazing every step 😀

Some renovations need to be done and maintenance up keep needs to be looked at. Locks on back sliding door almost non existent and no curtains at door or kitchen window.

Don’t know what to say here......
The property was well equipped and clean. A couple of the beds were really soft, like sleeping in a water bed. The lounges are older and worn, not very comfy. The house needs some work and maintenance like lockable windows, but priced accordingly.

A few points to consider
The back gate wasn't very secure for 2 dogs. They opened it too easy. Funny smell with the drains and toilet. Fry pans need to be upgraded. Lots of bedding was great.

Perfect location for CBD and beach access!
The property has just about everything you need to enjoy a home from home experience. Yes, there are some 'rough' edges which is normal for a house of this era but the owner has made a real effort in adding home comforts. If you're looking for a place to stay with your dogs, fantastic access to a dog-friendly park and beach access, this is the place. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back!

Great location
This property has everything you need, and is located in a quiet suburb of Geraldton. It’s close to shops, hospitals, restaurants, & the beach. The fully fenced large back yard is great for those who travel with their dogs.

Surprisingly have everything more than what I expected
Lots of room and space for family but cleanliness is a 3half ranking, toaster is not working , not enough glass for family even tho we end up using mugs still. Please just and clear everything from the previous people stay at the place, in the master bed room , one of the drawer have undies and socks left behind. Not nice to see it. Loving all the art work on the walls, did you do it? Thi x

Was very close to town plus also to the function we had on Saturday night. What I didn't like was bathroom was smelly did open the window to air out plus shower tap needs attention plus a bit of maintenance would go astray as all inside doors are hard to open & close.

Neat and tidy, 2 toilets, open back veranda with plenty of seating, parking space front and side car
A bigger plus for us would have been less double beds and more single beds as we had 8 males so some used the couches and a swag.

the property is ideal for us only a sort stroll to the bowling club and everything we required was at the property. Very easy to clean at the finish of our stay and will definately will be looking to stay again at the w.a. long weekend next June 2022. thank you for everything Peter Wills

spacious 4 bed, a/conditioned, fully-fenced perfect for dogs
4 dbl bed property, clean, in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. Safe, fully-fenced yard, perfect for dog owners. Large a/c cools whole of house (a/c in lounge does not work). Fully tiled was perfect for dogs (and small children). Central location, easy access to town and visitor's sightseeing/attractions.

Clean and very comfortable stay
We had a few events in Geraldton and this property allowed us to live ‘home away from home’ while being close to everything we needed. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding extremely comfortable. Kitchen is very well appointed so we had all appliances we needed for a family.

RISKY TO LEAVE A SMALL DOG OUTSIDE IN THE BACKYARD
ALL OK ... BUT THE BACKYARD FOR PETS NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AS WE WERE UNABLE TO LEAVE OUR SMALL DOG OUTSIDE AS THERE ARE HOLES IN THE FENCES AND THE NETTING ALONG THE GATE HAS ALL BEEN DESTROYED. CURRENTLY UNSUITABLE FOR A SMALL TO MEDIUM DOG

Lovely quiet neighbourhood
