The staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and professional which is why we have returned a few times. The unit was really quiet, great location, clean and welcoming. Everything we would need was provided which all adds up to a great experience....

Basic but functional
Our one-bedroom chalet could do with a complete renovation (it did not resemble the online photo - no little table). However, we had everything we needed - good bed, reasonable shower and cooking facilities.The DVD player might be useful for some. I think there were DVDs which ould be borrowed from reception.

Fantastic place for kids they loved it. Only fault would be the beds weren’t great plastic mattresses so lots of movement from sheets and bit sticky when we had a hot night. Overall great.

Hi Anika, thank you for the review, we do not allow guests that stay in the units to have dogs, even if they say they will be outside. We do monitor this very closely and can assure you it was not wet dog smell, maybe it was a mixture of the seaweed smell (that can be horrible some days) that seems to drift through the park as we do have ocean on 3 sides of the park. Dirty and dated
We found four or five cockroach in kitchen and bathroom area. Deep cleaning is required. The cabin is also quite dated, so this is not worth to say as the price is not cheap.

I liked that I could park right next to the cabin but that’s the only thing I liked about Belair. I found that staff I dealt with wasn’t very friendly when I arrived at all. The bathroom had rust on most of the metal items. The front door got stuck when you opened and closed it and there was a big gap when it was closed so the hot air from the heater just sucked out. I’m glad I had somewhere to stay but don’t think I would book here again.

The main bed was very comfortable and the cabin had all that was needed. A hairdryer would be a plus, even though it is in need of an update the overall stay was good.

I did a late checkout on this property. When I got a key and entered into the accomodation, I found that this is the different house than I booked on expedia. I couldnot get help from any staff. They said expedia didnot update the photos. I spent my worse night on this property during my vacation.

We booked for 5 people and when we went to go to bed after a 13 hour road trip we had to make beds!! And there was no tea towels to dry dishes with hoping NOT to get charged for cleaning fee for not putting dishes away. Have stayed before and loved it, this time not so much

We were visitors coming from NZ and passing though to Shark Bay. The place was good and would be a great place for a young family to holiday at with several playgrounds and the beach on hand. Only downside, the wifi was ultra weak in the cabin and literally had to go to the office to use. And just up the road by the lights was a very decayed dead dog on the footpath that we had to drive past. It was not a pleasant thing to see every time we went in and out of the grounds.

It was difficult to find accommodation at short notice and we were sceptical about this Park being at the industrial end of Marine Terrace but our concerns were unwarranted. Our two-bedroom cabin was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Short drive to the main restaurant strip. Good value for money. We would stay again.
