"The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us, as a family being within easy reach of local restaurants and shops selling lovely gifts! "Breathtaking views perched on the hills overlooking the sea and the white mountains. Run by a wonderful and helpful local family. I loved this property even with the tiny shower and slow internet (Whole area is slow). This is the best place for this area, close to a beautiful town Georgioupoli and to over 6-10 miles of beach. "This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. "Spent 4 nights at the apartments. We stayed in July so were aware of the property. There were only us and another friendly couple staying here as it was getting to the end of the season. The rooms weren't cleaned during this time or fresh sheets and the bins weren't emptied. We disposed of the bathroom bin contents. We are aware there's no cleaner over the weekend, so maybe be provided with more bin bags and a bin to dispose of them in. We'd still happily stay here again."

"Loved the waterpark esp for our son. Also the buffet for dinner was excellent, though the a la carte restaurants not so much. The room was spacious and clean with no carpet on the floor. Staff were excellent too, professional but friendly. The only thing missing was a bidet in the bathroom."
