The staff were really friendly and welcoming and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for me and my partner that recently got engaged. Food was really good and nice Aperol Spritz. "This property was a DUMP!!! I have booked multiple properties in many locations through Expedia and have come to expect that anything in their list would provide a good experience. This is NOT the case with Hotel Europa. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms -- the unit was there but the control knob was broken and it did not work.
