Apartments in Genka

"These apartments are very nice and they are right on the beach. I cannot say enough good about the office personnel. However, the first thing you see is some old buildings right by the proprty and then youre hit with a horrible small. You cant walk to dinner or even to a Family Mart or Lawsons. Nice apartments but would pick somewhere else next time. "

"今回、3階の角部屋に3泊宿泊させていただきました。立地がとても良く、恩納村にあるとんかつ屋や沖縄料理の店等、人気店に歩いて行けました。また、タイガービーチにも歩いて2分で行けます。 3階の角部屋ということもあり、海がよく見え、サンセット等とても綺麗でした。大きなホテルが目の前にありましたが、あまり気になりませんでした。 お部屋はリビングにベッドが2台、そのまま和室が繋がっており、もう一つ別部屋にベッドが2台あり使いやすかったです。 乾燥機もすぐ乾くので大変便利でした。 急なトラブルも迅速に対応していただき、大変助かりました。 また機会がありましたら、是非利用させていただきたいです。 "

The property was over two kilometers from "downtown" Nago, which involved either a brisk half hour walk or a wait at the nearby bus stop."

"Excellent amenities, with a kitchen and laundry in the suite. There is a rental fee for cutlery etc if you want to use the kitchen; we didn't use the stove but the microwave and fridge was very useful to us. There are also two conbini across the street where you can buy laundry soap and other amenities and two theme parks that is great for kids and are walkable from the hotel. "清潔で設備も整っています。家族も大満足でした。部屋の掃除用にフロアワイパーがあり、気配りを感じます。 ただ、ホテル入場のドアの開閉に暗証番号が必要ですが、ホテルからメールの事前連絡が来ない場合があるので、必ず前日までにホテルに電話で暗証番号を確認する必要があります。 調理道具もそろってましたが、お箸が人数分ありませんでした。お風呂にも洗面器があるとよかったです。"

"We were in a tight situation and this was a perfect and convenient place that turned out to be an amazing stay!!! The location was beautiful and peaceful with a beach walking distance and some restaurants near as well. The apartment itself was lofty and the jacuzzi was the cherry on top!! The host was great at communicating making the whole experience amazing."

"新しく清潔で、部屋も広くてバスルームとトイレも2箇所ありとても使いやすかったです。 リビングダイニングの他、部屋は3つあり2つの部屋は家族でも友達同士でも良いように仕切りが戸になってて一つの部屋にも出来てとても使い勝手がいいなと思いました。ベランダも広く、朝はゆっくりコーヒーを飲みました。周辺はお店はあまりないので少し離れたスーパーで買い出しをして、朝食とか軽く作ったりしてみました。下にはレストランもあり対応も良く美味しかったです。夜１回利用させていただきました。朝食も食べてみたかったです。食事は部屋へも運んでくれるらしく、次回は利用てみたいと思います。洗濯も乾燥も出来て洗剤も置いてくださってたので便利でした。また、古宇利橋まで近くてとても綺麗でした。静かに過ごせる場所でした。"

"Staff was friendly and helpful, however only from 11 am till 7 pm. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room at night some stinky smell came out from the bathing room, and I had to cover the pipe with wet cloth, just to reduce the smell. "

"　家族と2泊3日滞在。 滞在中は、毎食キッチンを使用したのですが、炊飯器がなく、急遽、100均のレンジで炊飯出来る容器を購入し、事なきを得ました。 あと、子供がソファーベットをソファー→ベットへ変えるとソファーの隙間にあったゴミが散乱。部屋が汚れてしまったのですが、掃除道具がなかったので、自分で持っていったキッチンペーパーで床を拭く事に…一見、綺麗そうに見えるけど、細かなところは掃除出来ていないと感じました。 良かった点は、洗濯機と、衣類乾燥機があった事です。ガス乾燥機だったので、ちゃんと乾燥できていました。 施設側への要望としては、炊飯器としゃもじ、鍋やフライパンの蓋がなかったので蓋と、掃除機をおいて欲しいです。 ちょっとしたゴタゴタはありましたが、天気もよく。周りも静かで、広々と過ごす事が出来ました。少し車を走らせたら、スーパーも100均も薬局もあったので、問題解決できて、イライラする事もなったのもよかった事です。また、次回も利用したいので、施設の用具の充実を希望します。"

"This is a VRBO/ABNB property. The first line of description on Expedia says it is an Apartment with a Kitchen. This is not true. It is only a room with limited meal preperation. It has a microwave, but no dishes or plates. The Owner seems like a nice person. You will not meet him, but he does send instructions on how to get into the building and room. Many pictures on Expedia description are misleading. There are no "Meeting Rooms". There are many pictures of Moon Beach Hotel. But this property...

"この手の宿泊施設の利用は初めてだったので、不安でしたが、連絡や質問に即返信をくださり安心しました。お部屋はお掃除が行き届いていましたし、置いてある電化製品も使用できて自炊にも困りませんでした。部屋の洗濯機から漏水があったので、建物内のランドリーを使用しました。オーシャンビューで夕日が綺麗でした。目の前のタイガービーチでの花火も見えました。また利用したいです。"

"宿泊者全員の事前登録（全員の身分証を写メで送信する）が面倒でした。似たような建物が多いので建物に建物名を表記してくれていたらもっと分かりやすかったと思う。キーボックスの開け方が難しかった。お部屋は素晴らしかったのでまた利用したいです。"
