Its just fine, service not consistent with 5 star hotel. At MO Bar waiter poured the beer all over one of us and our stuff. They didnt change plates, the table or anything. Clothes and our bags were also drenched. Rooms are pretty and clean and location is very good.

Disappointed for price; watch out for "free" night
Our room did not have a tub and the shower showed signs of use that made it look dirty and unappealing. Room service was excessively priced even for overpriced room service food. Due to a train strike in France, we were forced to leave earlier than expected. Obviously, this is not the responsibility of the property but was not able to have our 3rd night refunded because it was the "free" night. There is no way this room was worth the nightly rate we paid for the first two nights -- the "free" night was the only way this hotel would have been fairly priced.

Staff friendly. Feels a bit in need of a refurb - design scheme not that coherent. Lifts an odd shape, floor level of bathroom different to bedroom and kept stubbing my toe on it, had a random child’s cot in my room on arrival, curtains only opened half way. Just a bit weird to be honest. Incomparable to some other MO properties eg Dubai.

This is a nice hotel in a beautiful area of Geneva. It is very well positioned in the center of town, yet it is nice and quite. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated however. The furniture, especially carpets, need changing. There's an unmistakable 80's look to the hallways and rooms.

Drinks in hotel bar were good, as was the service. Food at Mo Bar was also good, as was the staffs flexibility with indoor/outdoor options. No valet to park car upon arrival. Had to wait 50+ minutes from time of order to time we received breakfast. French toast portion was small and presentation of dish was not to a 5 star standard. Room shower head was leaking water, as was the rainfall shower head, so hard to enjoy shower without getting hair wet. Would have expected better quality in of shower facilities. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and apologetic, though after a few issues, the same apology grew old.

Whilst the front of house staff and the bar staff were very hospitable and helpful the overall feeling from the hotel lacked a particular warmth of sense of ‘going the extra mile’. I felt that toiletries were scarce to the left in the room, though they did get credit for having a kettle as well as a coffee maker in the room. I was most disappointed by the Indian restaurant on the property. The service was slow from being seated to receipt of a menu. In addition there seemed to be inconsistency in the level/ quality of assistance given from table to table- the table right next to us were offered. Wine menu on seating, champagne suggestions and menu suggestions- but we were not offered any such. In fact our appetizer was forgotten and our Biryani came much after we had finished all the main dishes. The meal was the most expensive dinner of our entire trip but was the most disappointing overall from service to quality. We did ask for and receive a one hour late check out which was appreciated. The staff at the Bar area were also exceptional.

Extraordinary bad service and policy. I was charged 300 € for an hour late check out. I will never return and I will not recommend any one going. I have stayed may times and always had a lovely time, but this really was unacceptable.
