"The male at the front desk was rude and inattentive. I paid for my father's room before checking into my own. Only ten minutes later, when my father arrived and explained I was the one who had just paid for his room, the same man on staff still tried to charge my father for his room a second time. The two women on staff were very kind and helpful though. The hotel was clean. However, the location isn't very secure. It's in a run down, isolated area. It's never a good sign when they have blinds on the exterior of all the hotel windows to block the view (the back of a warehouse). The rooms also have a small 3 centimeter step up into the bathroom, which is easy for anyone to trip on and fall, and very dangerous for elderly people. In my bathroom, the drain didn't work in the shower, so there was a bathtub filled with water."
