"Beautiful property with incredible views. We stayed in a small private cabin, which offered a peaceful and secluded experience. Having our own pool and outdoor patio was a wonderful feature, although these areas were not maintained during our stay.
The hotel itself is stunning and has all the elements of a luxury boutique property. However, there were some service shortcomings. The restaurant prices were quite high, and housekeeping was inconsistent—trash was left in the room, and on one occasion the beds were not made.
Overall, it’s a gorgeous destination with excellent potential, but the service and attention to detail could be improved to better match the luxury experience."
