Hi, our office closes at 6pm in our winter season. I am so sorry for you to walk into a dirty room, no one wants that. We did cancel that reservation and gave a 100% refund to you after talking with the third party affiliate. We will be sure to not let a dirty room get passed us again. We do not advertise a closet or early check-ins, however if you arrive while our office is closed there is a number posted on the door to call that would allow us to know you're here and potentially let us get you into your room early.

Hi Elizabeth! I totally agree. We eventually got our sugar shipment and are fully stocked. Stayover service is available upon request as you mentioned.

Hi Richard, we do have a parking spot for every room, but unfortunately some guest bring multiple cars, or as you said one car was taking up multiple spaces. We are currently looking for solutions to this problem. We did have a problem with the ice machine and needed to wait for a part to be shipped to us. In light of that, we do offer to bring ice to guest rooms personally. Thanks for the feedback, and we'll see you next time.

Hi Patricia, yes we remember you and your partner. We do have an ice machine where you were staying, but unfortunately it was out of service due to a broken part that can only be obtained by ordering online. We did offer to bring you ice personally, but your partner rejected this gesture. The hike you mention is a 2 minute walk. Have a great trip!
