"Overall the Resort was real nice. All Staff around the resort very lovely, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, just at times we found the food replenishment to be bit slow. No half board etc options available, Al-arcate only for lunch and dinner which was fairly pricey but nice food. I am only giving 4* and not 5 because of 2 reasons. Outdoor pool very cold. "The staff was very nice, welcoming, professional - and would say are the big plus of why to choose this hotel. The breakfast buffet has an impressive wide and fresh selection - another big plus. On the other hand, the hotel looks very tired - from dirty walls, damaged carpets, dark halls and broken pool chairs - the property owners maybe should spend some money on that instead of the luxury cars parked there..."
