Comfortable accommodations in convenient location. Easy walk to all the places we wanted to explore. No need for a car in Galway, but we had a rental car for our other travels. We appreciated that parking was included, but it's located around the corner in a tight and awkward garage where a valet double parks it, then retrieves it for you when you need it.

Construction started before 8 am. Was very loud! Spent a significant amount of time waiting for our car keys from valet. We brought up our concerns to a manager who was very helpful and helped to remedy the situation.

Nice launching pad to explore Galway and nearby areas. Our room was in good shape and the breakfast was great. Walkable to the fun Latin Quarters. They provided a portable crib for our baby.

We had a great stay. Everyone was so pleasant, the room was very comfortable, and the hotel was positioned perfectly for us to walk to many shops and restaurants.

Excellent location and loved the free parking! Dinner, drinks, and live music were great although definitely an older crowd. The bed was hard and creaky, the pillows were terrible, and the shower was weird.
