In town for a travel ball tournament. Perfect location. Nice rooms. King suite was perfect for us. Really like the big sofa that is the size of a twin bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from under it too. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if the king bed in room 207 was comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. We did not sleep well the two days we stayed at the hotel.

Friendly staff; nice hotel. Perhaps too subjective but we found the mattresses entirely too soft. We have back issues and those mattresses only exacerbated those issues. Other than that, no complaints.

The SpringHill at Mall of Georgia property was excellent. The property was clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and the options were a pleasant surprise.

So many things missing from usual stay at an equivalent hotel. No moisturizer kit, No glasses to drink water or rather anything, no coffee whitener in the room, extremely poor flow of shower. I would rather get a tent instead.
