Best hotel in Gaborone
I came to Botswana with my partner from the U.K. to visit family and after landing at the airport we were too tired to drive so booked a night at this hotel. We received a warm welcome from the staff at your front desk who were very friendly and helpful. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back to Gaborone early to spend another 3 nights here. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay wonderful, we will definitely be using Town Lodge every time we come back to Gabs!

Only stayed a night but it was a good one. The location was perfect - right in the shopping mall district and close to the airport. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The stay was amazing . The only problem i have was the amounts i paid. I learnt during checking out that the amount i was way too much and did not cover breakfast yet i selected room for two with breakfast. I paid BWP 1183.77, but the room price was not more than BWP600. I feel cheated

Great Location Next to Modern Mall
Nice modern hotel, Clean! No tea or coffee in room & fridge with is rather strange for a hotel of this type & priced charged for the stay! Great Location

Overall i would give a good rating . There was no coffee or tea in the room which was disappointing , neither was there any hand sanitzer. I also feel the hotel should offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Town Lodge Stop Over
Stayed two nights (one on either end of a trip to the Kalahari) and the property was clean, convenient, and made my overall stay more enjoyable. Was great to have the mall close by (walking distance) to shops and restaurants.

Lovely town hotel
Lovely stay. Since we had pool to ourselves crystal clear and clean. Bar staff Charles very good service from him. Reception very good. And friendly And efficient. Lovely to have the door opened for you. Location very good.

No fitness center as promised. Dusty carpets, old and dusty utensils (water jugs etc). Bed linen was wreaking of tobacco smoke, air-conditioning units were filled with dust so I could not use it. Price per night of R1,400 was too steep for a place without breakfast or fitness center. Staff were generally friendly and moved me in a non-smoking area during my second night. Even then residents were smoking and the room was dusty and dirty.
