Average hotel in terms of hardware. Feels quite dated. What pushed it below average was the free carpark being full so had to use paid street parking in front of the hotel.

Pleasant and comfortable
Pleasant and comfortable hotel with a rich and very tasty breakfast offer. A small minus of my room was the bathroom: It was very clean, but there were silverfish around the shower during my whole stay. Several silverfish jumped out of the bath mat, which was placed at the edge of the shower, as I unfolded it. Also the hand shower in the shower did not function, the button for switching was obviously broken. This ended with a partially soaked floor and me finally shivering in the shower until the water from the overhead shower turned hot. I would not have expected either in a hotel of this category. I stayed there only one night, so didn’t bother to complain to the staff, but it would be nice if the hotel management could solve the problem. Apart from that (and the really slightly annoying lift), I would like to stay there again at any time.

Beautiful hotel & Spa. Lovely staff and excellent food. All the facilities were very good especially the Spa. A very relaxing and wonderful place to spend time.

Very good breakfast, very comfortable room despite a bit noisy, only negative thing was the slow check in. Spa has much to offer. Overall a pleasant stay

The hotel is in a popular area. The common areas are quite nice. The room si a bit depressing with cold lights, with cheap looking furniture. It was clean. The bathroom being tiny. It is a room such as hotelier firend describes: it expells you. Breakfast was in a large nicely lit rooms and quite correct

Good Stay at the Ambasciatori
Nice hotel, excellent restaurant environment, amazing food quality. Congrats. Very nice room with all amenities, friendly staff, right location downtown Fiuggi, good spa facilities. It was a total relaxing short vacation.

So Shabby.....
This is a sad excuse for a 4-star hotel. The elevator barely fits two people, let alone luggage. No bellman service or offer of help. Parking lot was full. WiFi horrible.

Not a 4 start hotel
This hotel is not 4 star hotel. It lucks some basic things like napkins (Kleenex) in the room, the bathroom and shower stall are extremely small, not enough cabinets for clothes in the superior double room. The air conditioner barely worked, it was very hot, especially at night. The internet was very spotty, not working at least half time. The spa area seems outdated, it's dark there but if you get closer to the walls you can see molds and paint coming off of the walls. The terrace also was very basic, overlooking the busy street with all transport and too small for the number of people coming on the weekends when the hotel gets full. The single elevator is extremely slow. The breakfast was really leftovers from dinner previous night plus the plastic omelette that was always in shortage. There is no coffee machine in the breakfast room. You have to catch a very busy waiter and order coffee if you want one. Also there was no information in the room about services in the hotel, spa services, hours, restaurant or the area. At least not in English. This is the first hotel I stayed in that does not has information package on hotel services and the area attractions in the room or in the lobby. The people were nice though and the area was central and close to everything. Other than that it should be a 3 star hotel.

Anzio Hidden Gem
if you stay at this hotel , it is all about the location. Stayed here because I was doing business in the area. Forget about about the 70's decor , the hotel is in a great location with beach access from the hotel thru a tunnel .

Unbelievable Town!!!!!
Very nice hotel in a beautiful town. We were not expecting much from Fiuggi, Italy. It was just a stop on our drive back to Rome. We were very surprised how clean the town was. Then we went to dinner up in the Medieval part of Fiuggi and was blown away at the buildings and restaurants. Unbelievable is how I would describe this town. One of the best dinners we had in Italy was here at La Taverna Del Castello. Unbelievable restaurant with amazing food. A must if you are traveling within an hour of this town. Ambasciatori Hotel was a pleasant surprise in an unbelievable town.

This is the best place we stayed at so far. It was so good, we booked another night. We loved the spa facilities and the attention to cleanliness and comfort throughout the hotel. When we return to Italy, we will stay several nights.

Overall, the hotel was a very good experience and I enjoyed the staff I interacted with. The only complaint I had at all was that the internet access I had from my room was virtually non-existent. It would take very long times to connect and the connection would terminate regularly. I finally ended up going to the hotel lobby to get uninterrupted access, and had no problems with connection from there. On my previous trip there, I did not have a problem with internet access from my room.

A comfortable hotel in a lovely location
We visited out-of-season (January) so it understandably was 'quiet'; there were few guests in a fairly large hotel with fewer staff than we expect would be the case in busier periods. Notithstanding, Fuiggi is in a lovely area and well worth visiting - and the Ambasciatori Hotel provides a comfortable base for such a visit. Also - although not sampled, the Hotel also provides spa and health activitiy facilities which looked to be extremely good

Tutto fenomenale, ottima la camera e la pulizia, molto silenzioso, colazione superba, non ho usato la SPA ma solo il tapis roulant della sala fitness, che, anche se ce n'era uno solo, ho trovato sempre libero quando sono andato. Per mia scelta, alla sera, parcheggiavo in strada nelle strisce blu a pagamento perchè tanto ormai mancava poco alle 20.00, ora in cui il parcheggio diventa gratuito, e la mattina andavo via sempre alle 8.00, prima che ricominciasse l'obbligo del pagamento. Il parcheggio dell'Hotel era molto pieno, avrei potuto lasciare giù l'auto dando le chiavi alla concierge ma preferivo essere libero di andare via in fretta senza aspettare che si spostassero altre macchine, però ripeto è stata una mia scelta.

Bellissimo hotel. Mi è stata affidata però una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Parcheggio affollatissimo forse perché agosto. La cena niente di che: rombo con patate alquanto insipide e crude. Colazione nella media. Ho dato un punteggio alto per l'ottimo personale della spa.
