"The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good."

"I have nothing but rave reviews for this Drury location. It was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were great. Having access to both breakfast and dinner was helpful when you have a very hungry teenager. We stayed in the Frisco location and it was next door to where my son's graduation was. We walked to it. We didn't attend a game, but the Rough Riders field was within waking distance too. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Very low on staff and poorly maintained. No hot water in the shower, we had to get our own towels and wash clothes the second, no coffee for the buffet breakfast the second day, trash containers needed emptying. We had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in the first night and we were first in line."
