However, one of the days I had to beg them to clean my room, literally and repeatedly(!): I went out at noon and asked the reception to get my room cleaned when I'm out, "Sure, we clean at 2 PM so no problem". Came back 3 hours later, to find used towels I left on the floor still there and the room uncleaned. Went to the reception to comlain and they said they are sending someone right away. Grabbed...
