"I liked the pristine, white bedspreads. They looked so clean! And the window covering blocked the light very well. One thing I found annoying, is the elevator areas are not well seen from the hallway. A change in carpet color and pattern in the hall outside the elevator would help. Also, a change in wallpaper on both sides of the hall as you approach the elevator would prevent a person walking right past it when they're looking in the opposite direction."

"Breakfast was empty most of the time and eventually we stopped waiting. The oatmeal was great, but the area was dirty, the high chairs/boosters were very dirty, walls/floor corners/under the raised vanities and furniture were visibly dirty. The parking lot was so small we barely had a space. Staff said we could park anywhere we could fit including making a spot. Excellent location however and they were affordable and friendly. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very small and crowded so we didn’t get to try it this time."

"I stayed for 4 nights and not one time did cleanin staff come into the room. Every night I had to ask for fresh towels and garbage bags. And was told to leave soiled towels and garbage in the hallway. Also every time we used the shower it backed up and long hairs and pubic hairs came out of the drain. I told the desk and was offered a room switch but did not want to have to move everything late at night as my son had been wrestling all day and had to be up early. Also the room smelled constantly of smoke, both tobacco and marijuana"

"Ice machine on our floor was out of order, then found 2 other similar ice machines on other floors there were also not working. Had to go to the lobby each time for ice. No available drinking water or fountain in the lobby and had to ask for the breakfast room to be opened so we could use the sink to get water there. No housekeeping services for our 2-night stay and had to ask for clean towels. Front office staff nice and genuinely cared though bringing us clean towels himself."
