"Webb's was perfect for our stay with the dogs in the lake area. Conviently located with a great jacuzzi in the room and a fenced in patio that the dogs loved to sit on and people watch. As the manager said, we may not be a 5 star resort but we are friendly and make you feel at home!"

"The hotel was a very nice stay. Although a few suggestions, 1) the front desk staff needs to improve there attitude/personality ( nothing major). 2) some sitting benches outside would be nice. 3) You need to step up the maintenance around the interior of the facility such as, wobbly table tops, common area bathroom doors that don't close properly, caulk and maintenance of room showers and doors. The breakfast was fantastic and the environment was peaceful. Thank you and I would stay there again! Kurt Cronin"

"If you’re looking for an average, run of the mill hotel to just spend a night, this is fine. It’s average. Smells like air freshener trying to cover must/smoke. But again, if you’re looking for a cheap place for the night, it’s fine. The tv was set to Spanish, so we needed to adjust it every time we turned the channel. Please note that they charge a $250 security deposit when you check in! That may turn a lot of people away."

"If you are looking to stay in Bemus Pt., this is the house for you. The house was well stocked, very roomy for 4 adults and immaculate inside. It has a spacious backyard with a great view of the lake and bridge, as well as, a nicely furnished patio and a fire pit out by the waters edge. It's located only about a half mile from town, which made it even more convenient for dining and shopping. You cannot go wrong with this rental."
