Great placement of the property which is close to town but also to major highways. The staff was nice and helped me with anything. Very reasonable pricing and love their pet policy. Thank you.

Great stay!
Nicely recently redone lobby with breakfast. Would love to see more health friendly foods offered. Rooms are clean and check in is smooth.

My rating is low due to a few minor things. The Wi-Fi instruction was terrible; remote was about the worst I’ve ever used; the bed cover is so hot it’s unusable so that you’re cold without and hot if used. These are small things but irritating. Probably because of cleanliness and staff the rating should be higher.

Check in was a slow process, the rooms are better than most the other hotel rooms in Kerrville. Didn't like that the ac unit turned on and off all night. There is only one elevator so the wait is a bit longer than other hotels. The breakfast was nice and well laid out. We enjoyed our two night stay.

Outstanding Hotel
This hotel is amazing! It is pet friendly and the rooms were outstandingly clean! We took our goldendoddle with us and he could not detect any other pet smell in the room! I would love to know what they use to clean the rooms with!!! The staff was friendly and very helpful… Breakfast was amazing with all the options available!!! I am definitely book this hotel again! Just one thing to think about for pet owners - there’s not much grass/landscaping at the Kerville, TX location for your pet to walk on. We drove to Wal-Mart and walked our dog around the shaded perimeter since it was 100+ degrees outside.

1. Excellent number of plugs for both electrical & electronic devices on both sides of bed & elsewhere. 2. Breakfast was so-so. Hampton was a leader in including breakfast, but is now getting bypassed by others. 3. Danger: The towel holder attached to the wall above one end of the sink has a very sharp corner right at forehead level & above the nightlight switch, and I banged my head on it twice in the night. No serious injury, but it could have been a lot worse.
