Very clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. The only con is the walls are a little thin so we could hear the people in the rooms on either side of us.

Don’t beleive pictures
Was completely disappointed by the star rating. Room was not very clean, breakfast was not eatable, coffee was terrible. Would never stay there again!

We thought the room was very nice. We had a king size bed and there was a couch in the room with a bar sink. The only criticisms I have are both the door to the room and the bathroom door appear to be broken, they still lock but the wood around is damaged and there are spots on the floor like it was not cleaned. I would stay here again if I’m back in the area though.

nicest place we had stayed in our trip from dallas to sedona and back via fredricksburg and the least expensive! quite, easy, room had sofa, fridge, bar sink and microwave, all good!

Hair on the shower wall, debris on the floor, poorly painted wall and/or started painting and didn’t finish. Plug covers hanging from the wall. Cost $190.97 for 1 night… don’t recommend

Room was clean and spacy. The pool area was not clean. There was something in the pool area that kept biting us, don't know what, not mosquitos. Other than that very quiet, safe and clean rooms.

The lady that checked us in was great. Convenient The rooms need a deep cleaning. The floor boards were dirty. something rolled under the bed and we moved it to get it. They have not cleaned under there in years.

Value for our dollar!
Nice large room with a separate living area with TV. Clean! The breakfast offerings included eggs and sausage as well as the normal cereal and waffles. The breakfast area was well cared for. The only suggestion to management would be to do a little paint touch up for nick's etc.

I got there Friday, used my entry one time. They said they would try to replace door batteries while I was away Saturday. It wasn’t done. I couldn’t leave to do anything,the simplest thing such as getting a soda pop, cause I couldn’t shut my door. How was I supposed to be eat supper? I don’t think they know how incredible inconvenient that was!

We traveled with our 2 dogs and with this being a pet friendly hotel which was great but there was no place on the property to walk them where there was grass. The rooms were very nice and clean. Overall the stay was enjoyable.

Updated room that we got and very clean, soft fluffy comforter! Everything worked as it should. Nice water pressure and we could actually change the water pressures on the shower heads. We had 2tvs with HBO, direct tv. There was a pocket door for the bathroom and it had damage on the bathroom side.
