"This hotel is unbeatable for the price. The rooms, furnishings, and bedding were clean and of a higher quality than you would expect at this price point. The staff were very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The location and security are excellent. I will DEFINITELY stay there again, since I return to the Smokey Mountains area several times a year, and this is the best combination of security, comfort, and convenience I have found in the area."

"Very nice property. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Did NOT like the bathroom farm style door. Had to ask for toilet paper. No extra in the bathroom. Toilet moved everytime you sat on it. Had a problem with the door locking. Hopefully they fixed it after we left. Brrakfast was ok. Didnt care for the chicken sausage. No grits!! In NC and no grits! 😃 Would absolutely stay there again."

"We had a very comfortable stay at Franklin Terrace bed and breakfast! Paul is the sweetest person and he takes best care of his customers. It is centrally located and easy walk to Main Street. It’s nice to know that it’s recognized as national historic place. The structure is originally erected in 1887!! If there’s something to complain, the bed is too soft for our convenience and one of the staff Kelly can be little bit more friendly."
