I canceled my reservation thru Expedia -and the reservation on Expedia showed it was canceled so when I got a bill in my email, I contacted the hotel. They told me I didn’t cancel the reservation. Then I found out through Expedia that they had a second reservation, which I thought was odd because I didn’t make one I didn’t get a second confirmation, they told me they would contact the hotel. I sent them the copy of the cancellation notice and the hotel is that I had two reservations well if they thought I had two reservations, they could’ve asked if it was a duplicate reservation. However, they are not interested in customer service and despite using the Meridian in other European cities, I will never book with them again due to the lack of customer service. It’s a pathetic example of where this brand has gone down the tubes
