a relaxed atmosphere. The perfect place to just chill out and enjoy living. The outdoor area was like a mini forest and the pools were nice.

Bad hotel for family, more like a hostel
One clearly Marco was enough to ruin for the rest of the staff who were nice. Sheets smelled like they had not been changed, bathrooms were nasty, food was bad.

Disappointing
Hotel has lots of potential, but definitely needs some renovations and updating. Room was comfortably large and the maid service was good. However, when we arrived the room stank strongly; seemed to be coming from a drainage pipe, so you can imagine the type of smell. Also the shower wasn't working. They were responsive and repaired the shower by the end of day 1, but taping over the floor drain did not stop the foul smell from continuing to backflow into the room. One of the windows didn't close properly, thus allowing in traffic noise from the street below. And then on our last day, the hot water heater broke and if we wanted warm showers, we had use the shower in another room. Overall, disappointed.

Hotel simples e velho mal cuidado
Local umido, nos colocaram em um apartamento onde o banheiro era para deficientes nao tinha box, cheirava mal nao havia local de apoio na pia para colocar os pertences de banho, cafe da manha de qualidade ruim. Nao gostei nao indico. Pelo valor existe lugares muito melhores. As fotos do site nao condiz com a realidade. Decepcao.

Hotel razoável, pode ser muito melhor.
Esperava mais do hotel pelas fotos. Pelo que entendi a atual administradora assumiu o hotel recentemente. O espaço é bem grande mas nota-se que precisa de mais cuidados. Os quartos são espaçosos mas os colchões estão velhos e precisando ser trocados. Café da manhã é bem razoável e não corresponde ao padrão do hotel, não há variedade e para quem se hospeda por um período maior, acaba enjoando pois é a mesma opção todos os dias. O hotel tem tudo para ser excelente, mas falta investimento e melhorar os serviços.

Não recomendo. Pelo preço, foi bem pra quebra galho mas eu não sabia que seria desse jeito. Água do chuveiro não esquentava direito, nunca vi café da manhã tão básico pra um hotel desse porte e sem pão de sal.. somente pão de forma.. Vc paga por um hotel desse porte com piscina e Jacuzzi.. a piscina GELADA vc pode usar.. para usar a Jacuzzi tem que pagar 60 por pessoa pra ficar 60 minutos.. ISSO É UM ABSURDO!!! Ela está ali meramente pra decoração. Eu já estive em outros hotéis em Foz do Iguaçu com Jacuzzi e NENHUM deles cobrou a parte pra utilizar. Eu nunca mais volto neste hotel.

Ficamos 5 dias no hotel. O quarto é bem amplo, as camas são grandes mas não muito confortável. Pegamos quarto com cama king, no entanto o edredom era pequeno, para cama de casal, então era um pouco ruim. O banheiro também era grande mas o chuveiro estava com pouquíssima vazão de água, falta uma limpeza no chuveiro. A água do banho era difícil de ajustar ou a água ficava extremamente quente ou fria. A limpeza era diária mas a arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar. O café da manhã é bom!
