Long weekend at the beach
Lovely little place, obviously well taken care of over the years. Nice and close to the beach, and the spa bath is always warm, not matter what the sea is up to.

Beachy Bach Foxton Beach
This was our second time staying here and it was perfect. It’s great being so close to the beach, and having the pizza oven as well as the bbq is a great bonus. The spa was well used too. We loved the peace and quiet as well as the privacy. We’re already planning our next stay.

Great place to stay this is the second time we have stayed and it did not disappoint. Plenty of room, the spa, pizza oven a hit. Plenty of Kitchen equipment Beds comfortable. Thankyou looking forward to another visit P M & J

Perfect summer spot.
Cosy inside and multiple sheltered outdoor options made this a perfect summer get away with our variable weather. Easy check in. Well appointed with plenty of cooking options. Short walk to the beach. Bonus - it's in zone for New World grocery delivery so no need to stress over shopping runs.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at this cute Bach. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy all it has to offer as we only used it a base to sleep. Would stay here again.

Lovely night away
Though our stay was short and despite the appalling weather conditions. It was a rather nice escape away. The bach provided a very warm n cozy environment, and we all felt quite chillaxed... definitely would be worth at least a 3 nights stay and in the summertime.

Disappointing and a bit perplexing to receive a review like this. We take pride in keeping our little bach clean and tidy, and would encourage travellers to take into consideration the multiple positive reviews we have received on this and other platforms. Maria was quick to extend her check out time by 2 hours and wasn't shy about leaving us a sink full of dirty dishes when she left. I guess you just can't please everybody all of the time :)

Lovely place to stay with plenty of outside space and close to the beach. Communications with host excellent. Hot tub was a delight in the evenings, we left a couple if matching wine glasses for the next guests. Would recommend

Super cosy beach Bach in a great location. Excellent communication from host. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed, awesome outdoor space. Warm and cosy home with a lovely feel. Small critique with some crockery that was a little grubby but this is likely due to prior guests standard of washing up and not a reflection of the property. Would recommend and book again!

Wonderful stay at Beachy Bach in Foxton Beach
Lovely break away at beautiful Foxton Beach. Property was even better than presented on website, great decor, loved the red kitchen, very well equipped, super comfortable bed, walking distance to beach for those fabulous West Coast sunsets. Would highly recommend Mr Grumpy’s for the ubiquitous fish and chip dinner, Little White Rabbit for great cheese scones and good coffee. Didn’t use BBQ or Spa but would be lovely in cooler weather. Definitely recommend this property, contact with owners very easy and friendly.

Second time we have stayed here, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Amazing place.
It's the perfect little getaway place with everything you need. Spa is amazing, although might be a idea to get some little steps to get into the spa. Some people are a little short!!!

Great little spot!
Excellent location - very short walk to the beach, local eatery, and photo gallery that makes the best coffee! Ample room inside and out and lots of DVDs and games for the kids when it’s raining. Be sure to bring all you need, including pantry staples and a chromecast. And note the sleepout is a little damp in bad weather.

Thanks Sam. For the reference of future guests, you don’t need to bring “all you need”….we supply all bedroom and bathroom linen as well as tea/coffee and cooking oil. The column heater also does a great job of keeping the sleepout warm, provided it’s actually in the sleepout. And not taken into the kitchen.

Great little bach with everything you need for a great break. the kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great - very important in my book. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean and tidy.

Was a lovely, clean and relaxing spot. We enjoyed our stay and relaxing in the spa. Restaurant only a minute walk and close to beach and parks. Hosts easy to get in contact with and fast reply and clear instructions. Would stay again, only thing that I could say is that we had 5 towels to use for 5 of us, would have been nice to have a shower and spa towel per person as bad weather and no dryer, heaps of other linen provided and good selection of dvds and board games. Thanks
