I specifically asked for housekeeping, and after two days went back down to the counter. It was told they only cleaned every other day and that they would clean that day so since I was there on vacation, I left for the day hoping my room would be clean and I would get fresh towels since I left them on the floor And got back that afternoon to get ready to go out for the evening and still bed unmade and no clean towels, which was very disappointing for me and my significant other to get ready with towels that we’ve already thrown on the floor and used multiple times, and after I asked. The following day when I went out to check out, A politely went to the counter to voice my disappointment, and what appeared to be the lady in charge, wouldn’t even look up and make eye iContact with me. The parking guys on the other hand were great. Super polite and nice to deal with.
