the room was clean and appealing but the stay wasn't. no hot running water and loud noises coming from the machine somewhere on the property at night! woke me up all night long!

Excellent stay. Great location off route 10. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets in area. Room was super clean and recently remodeled. Great cable channels and strong WIFi!. Cannot say enough for $39.00 including taxes.

Older but accommodates the needs of travel.
This is obviously an older hotel/motel. The accommodations were comfortable, slight odor but... the bed was clean! I didn't wonder about what I might be sleeping on. Even with booking mishaps (on my part) the staff was extremely accommodating.

This property is newly renovated and pleasantly comfortable. Nice stay overnight for the price and I would definitely recommend it. For people on a budget, you get a decent price for a better-than-decent room.

It was a nice stay. I wouldve been happier if they didn't cover the pool.. i wouldve booked somewhere else with a pool if i knew i was going to arrive earlier than i thought.. it was hot and i needed a pool.. thats the only big down and the other down was the air conditioner. The ac wasnt on in my room and it was hot. took a long time all evening for it to cool. That wouldve been perfect to go in a pool and waste time instead of driving up and down the road to keep cool while the ac struggled to do its job.

The a/c wouldn’t cool. The smoke alarm was constantly chirping. Mariana the clerk did send anyone to check alarm. She didn’t let me stay for a courtesy of 30 minutes because of such a restless night. There was a huge rat trap in the corner of room.

The hotel is under renovation. Some of the renovation is next to the rooms where people stay. Not terrible but uncomfortable. The place was quiet and clean. Beds were clean and comfortable. Good experience in all.

We were a bit put off when we first arrived by a large fellow sitting in the middle of the courtyard, seemingly just hanging out and staring at us. We saw that there was equipment and debris around, indicating the motel was being renovated. We didn't expect the room we were given to be in the middle of it! The room seemed unfinished, and the door didn't close properly leaving a gap with daylight clearly visible. They did give us a different room. It wasn't much better. The shower leaked, outlets sparked when plugged in, the bathroom window was difficult to operate, and it had to be used because there was no vent; its hole in the ceiling having been carelessly filled and painted over. Couple that with what seemed to be shady characters that came and went noisily all night and we quickly canceled our reservation to stay here when we passed through on our trip home.

OK, not great, but good value.
Basic 16-70's motel upgraded and updated. Mostly good, quiet and comfortable. But one bed was pushed against the wall with the AC unit and it would have been uncomfortable if I slept in that bed. the Shower was small and it took a long time to get hot water, but once I did, it was good. Lots of rough caulking about the bathtub/shower. AC worked well. TV-Fridge-Microwave all worked off the switch by the door, so that was a bit funky. But all in all, I survided clean and rested, and thats what counts.

Worst place I've ever stayed at
Honestly the worst place we've ever stayed at. One room had a flooded bathroom of a few inches. Both rooms had holes everywhere. Literally holes in all the walls, around the floor and they're was dirt and bugs everywhere. This place isn't even cheap! Spend a little more and go somewhere else. Someone needs to come in and shut this place down!

Reasonable price and great omelet!
Not a chain hotel or fancy hotel but still has everything. Complementary breakfast had make to order omelets and/or eggs any style plus waffles. Enjoyed my stay and not bad for the price. Will stay again if I travel through.
