Stunning views from our C building, 7th floor gulf front condo. Cleanliness is always a top priority. Please come, relax and enjoy the natural beauty at Estero Beach and Tennis Club as the beach is restored. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the wildlife on the beach. Maybe even catch the dolphins playing in the ocean. Take a walk on any of the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach and watch for shells along the way. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from inside the condo or are beautiful to watch while relaxing on the balcony.

There are restaurants located within a short driving distance or you can take the trolley ride to different locations on the island.
If you are up for some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals that are available since Ian.

We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for snacks and beverages on the beach. In the event of any rain there are games and a 55" television with a choice of movies and upgraded cable and Wifi for your convenience.
As standard practice we change all bedding between stays including duvet, mattress pad, pillow covers, etc. We ensure that EVERY piece of linen is changed including unused towels, spare sheet sets, etc.

*Please note: In Season Rentals (January through April) we request Saturday Check In and Check Outs.

We are sure you will love the condo and the beach as much as we do especially now as we recover from Ian - the soul and resilience of FMB is strong.

First time in Fort Myers
We wanted a relaxing week at the beach and we got just that. We loved the location and the condo. There were plenty of restaurants within a few miles and we found three seafood restaurants that we liked. We liked the Fort Myers area. It has recovered from the hurricane damage. The condos and hotels not yet open look like they are nearly finished with renovations. We look forward to returning for another beach vacation.

Beautiful condo overlooking the Gulf
We loved the condo! Beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Extremely comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful white sand beaches just steps away from the building, and a lovely pool. We had a very enjoyable stay. Fort Myers beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, so there was some construction on the property, and the surrounding community, and some nearby stores and restaurants are still closed. However, our host was amazing with her communication and went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location!
Our first visit to FMB since Ian was better than expected. It was sad to see all the destruction but we were amazed at what has been done. EB&TC has done an amazing job getting the resort open. The condo was really nice, the view spectacular. It was clean, well stocked, snd had everything you needed. Heather was very responsive. We would go back again!

Wonderfully clean place with a spectacular balcony view. We made most meals in the functional kitchen and the beach was great for shelling, walking, swimming, and sitting.

Beach Gem
If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, quiet & relaxing stay this well maintained gem is for you. Comfortable bed & the best ocean view for morning coffee/gorgeous sunsets on the balcony. The island is slowly coming back after Hurricane Ian & Heather (owner) was very transparent about the situation around the condo. For example, there is construction around the property & starting next door, but it obnoxious. The pool was not open yet (but should be soon) & businesses/restaurants that were in walking distance have not re-opened except the CVS. You will need to drive or can take the on-the-hour trolley for .75 cents if you want to go into Ft. Myers Beach. Parking was running about $15-20 up there. Another transportation option: we rented beach bikes at Sun-n-Fun Rentals. Great way to travel by beach & do some shelling. Besides FMB, Heather had some great waterfront dining suggestions that are within 2 miles of the condo, Junkanoo & Fresh Catch. We also found Flipper’s that is south on Lover’s Key. You can also drive further south to Bonita Beach. There, you will find Doc’s (cash only), The Fish House and Coconut Jack’s. We were there during high season, so you can expect a wait time at any of the restaurants. If you don’t want to go out, you can utilize the kitchen & grills are provided on the ground level. Don’t overpack like us, just bring quarters, as there is laundry down there too. Can’t say enough great things about our experience & can’t wait to return. ❤️

A wonderful gem amidst hurricane recovery efforts!
My wife and I stayed at this condo for a full week in January 2024, and are glad we did! We were only the second guests to stay there since the building and area sustained Hurricane Ian damage in September 2022. It's a beautiful, super clean, well-appointed little condo with an amazing view of gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf! The area and building were quiet, and at sunset, some of the locals played Ukes and blew conch shells every night. The property owner (Heather) was very pleasant and responsive to our needs (she even left us flowers and a card upon hearing we were ill); and upon booking the condo, she called to ensure we were aware that the Fort Myers Beach area was still recovering from the significant hurricane damage 16 months later. Guests should be aware (but not be dissuaded at all) that the building and grounds are still undergoing significant repairs, and you will be asked to sign two liability waivers (from the condo association and building contractor) to stay in the condo. We had no safety concerns, as the building is inhabited by regulars, who chatted with us about the repairs underway, as did the owner. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were glad to contribute in a small way to the slow recovery of Fort Myers Beach! Thank you!

Very clean unit with a fabulous view of the Gulf. Communication with the owner was so easy and pleasant.Heather was upfront about what to expect on the island because of Ian which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay - very relaxing and because Heather made great restaurant recommendations lots of good meals!! We would return again!

Perfect Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club a few years ago but in a different condo. I'm so glad we came back and chose this condo. It's newly renovated and everything from the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies are fully stocked! Having the beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and cooler already provided was a huge plus. The views from this location are amazing. We have always loved how quiet, private, and uncrowded this beach is. You're within walking distance to some really good restaurants, and not too far from the touristy areas. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone! We loved it so much that we were already discussing when we could come back before we even left! :)
