Great beach location and friendly staff. It was clean and there was a lot to do. City is still rebuilding so some noise but it is to be expected. This is a great place to stay
First time back since hurricane Ian and the people at Ft Myers beach had alot to do. DiamondHead is back up and running! It’s my favorite spot and have been going there for 20 yrs. The pool bar and restaurant is better than before. Walk through it and you are on the beautiful beach. Awesome staff everywhere. You won’t regret booking in this all suite hotel!
The beach was beautiful and the property pool was perfect

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Stayed 4 nights they only offer room cleaning after 5 nights stay. Had to beg for someone to sweep the floors and change bedding. (Beach resort tons of sand) they begrudgingly swept and left clean sheets at our door to change ourselves. Advertised on Expedia as having free breakfast, beach chairs and umbrellas and onsite spa has none of these. Beach chairs are rented at the beach. Outdoor Sports that provides beach chairs, jet skis etc were excellent though.
Great property. Room was nice and very clean. Beach was amazing, chair rental, kayak rental right there on the property. Nice bar right on the beach, pool is nice as well.
Given the circumstances of the entire area recovering from the devastation, DiamondHead did a really good job to make visitors comfortable and feel valued. The staff was incredible. The facility was easy to navigate & enjoy.
The property and service were fine. Not exceptional. Did not provide a coffeemaker.....only one of those funny little packet coffee maker. Not even a Keurig. Very disappointed coffee lover.
you can clearly see the devastation from the storm for the town, however people are picking up the pieces and putting things back together. It was a relaxing trip.
The beds are horrible and need to be updated to new mattress that don't have springs pocking you, and pillows that are soft.
i know lots of money has been spent to remodel the bottom half of the hotel, however keeping people comfortable should also be a thing to think about revamping.

The area is still recovering. You have to eat at the hotel or from a food truck. Great beach. The pool area is small. Still under reconstruction in the hotel.
Taking into account of most buildings in area still in rebuild or renovating from destruction of hurricane, I got there just in time when DiamondHead completed their outside bar and eating areas on ground level. We had no issues at all.
Had a great time with the family, the beach area was deviated by hurricane Ian and is still recovering, so there wasn’t a lot of options close by, that’s why wasn’t all 5 stars but I would definitely recommend the resort, quiet great rooms, and dining on site fun pool beach and bar on site. Hope the rest recovers it was a different experience.

Felt like we were in paradise! Lovely hotel/resort, rooms large and accommodating
Can’t wait to return
Property is located on beach with view of Gulf of Mexico. Has been recently renovated and our unit was very nice with the exception of the mini fridge and toilet. The fridge was missing its temperature control knob which caused our food and drinks to freeze. Maintenance was notified and attended promptly. They attempted to turn the temperature controller down with a pair of pliers, however this didn’t accomplish anything. The toilet would continually run when flushed. Again, maintenance attended to the problem promptly and changed the flapper and adjusted the flush arm. The toilet would continue to do the same thing unless you jiggled the handle. No big issues and we lived with it. The pool was great and relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. The resort is still completing some renovations of its poolside bar and dining. We would definitely visit again in the future.
The property is beautiful and still doing some construction due to the hurricane. We had an amazing weekend at the Diamond Head and plan to return soon!
Fort Meyers is still recovering a bit, but we still had a great trip. Diamond Head is fresh off some remodeling, and we would definitely stay there again.
We were surprised at how well the area has recovered after hurricane Ian in 2022. Yes, there are a lot of missing buildings in the area, but there are a lot of things open. Our hotel was great!
We enjoyed our stay immensely! Property was amazing, The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We are already planning our next visit! Keep up the great work Diamond Head!
We had a great time! We stayed here before the hurricane and so happy it was open again with everything we needed. The pool was open, they had a bar, there was a coffee truck, convenience, and easy walk to the heart of the island with all the shops. We wanted bikes across the street and had a wonderful time!

The ocean view and balcony was amazing. Liked the pump dispensers in shower. Bed was comfortable with nice over head fan. Would stay again.
