"The air conditioning in the common areas wasn't working. It wasn't possible to use the gym, and we certainly didn't feel like hanging out at the hotel bar. The best thing about the hotel is its location. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! Many airport hotels are basic and disappointing. The Sheraton at Charlotte airport was beautiful with spacious, clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and the bar area had ample seating. Although we didn't use it, there was also a nice pool area. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We booked the room for a quick visit to Carowinds , knowing it wouldn’t be like staying uptown , but thought since it’s right next to the park SURELY it’s decent . WRONG ! I should have known better since the only entrance is a gas station parking lot. The lobby had 5 buckets in the center of the front room where you check in . We stayed optimistic as we were in the check in process and the front staff , Myron, was so nice , also very patient with everyone he was helping."
