Honestly it was an experience. No a so good experience. But I only went to the hotel when it was time to go to sleep. I expected breakfast, only got a muffin. When it came to the room, there was plenty of little flies flying around. They need to renew the space a whole lot and clean their pool. The front desk guy was very nice but the conditions of the hotel is not for visitors. I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. The pictures were true but brighten and old probably.

The first room they gave us, one bed had been slept in and food on the bed. I took pics and we went back to the front desk and we were given another room which was better. Facilities are old, outdated. It was fine for one night. I would not want to stay here for several days.

Worst hotel (motel rather) I have ever seen or stayed in. I had to ask for a clean room after given a filthy room when I checked in. My next room was just as bad. Black mold all over the shower, had to wear flip flops just to take a shower and the drain was backed up and water came to my shins. Linens and towels were dirty and damp. Floors were filthy and hadnt seen a broom or mop in years probably. Incredibly loud section 8 types all over the property. I left a few personal belongings in my room as I rushed to the airport and hotel is refusing to answer the phone after I called a hundred times asking about getting them back. Expedia cant reach them either. I filed a claim with Wydham corporate about a full refund because of the appalling conditions and customer service. I also haven’t received my deposit which I definitely should have by now. But of course I cant ask them about it because they dont answer the front desk phone. Every single person who ever stayed here said the same thing in reviews. Hotel manager will respond to reviews with flat out lies about how their service and rooms were not acceptable and they will “get to the bottom of the problem and give you a solution”. Pshhhhh. I always stayed at La Quinta when traveling because they are modestly priced and usually very clean but never again. Expedia is doing a huge disservice to everyone by keeping this property on rotation for recommendations. Not sure I’ll ever trust them again unfortunately.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! The pictures they advertise are not even close enough to what them rooms look like. The room we got had mold and it smell like mold once you walk in. No fridge! No microwave ! Stains on the wall, dirty towels and staff don’t help. Breakfast at grab and go bags with a muffin, granola bar, and apple. To top it off we had a stranger (plumber) go in our room without consent twice when we were not there. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

Worse experience ever. Staying for one night only was enough. Dirty bathtub full of mold, the entire room even the sheets smelled like someone had been smoking. The door lock was broken and no maintenance crew was available until the very next day. Beware that they claim to serve breakfast but you will get a small white paper bag with one apple, one muffin and one energy bar in it.

My husband and I was traveling with our 10-year-old daughter. The facility itself is in a great location very secluded but right off the beaten path my daughter loves to swim the pool was not clean. There were no chairs to sit in around the pool. The front desk was, very stingy with the towels we booked a room with two beds and was only given two towels and then when I went to get some for the pool was told that we had to bring the two towels from the room and exchange them only we were out and about a lot while we were there but every time we came back to our room there were multiple people either standing outside sitting in the stairwells or in their vehicles with the windows down in front of the rooms smoking marijuana the property was extremely noisy. Lots of people yelling arguing. I understand that it was spring break week so maybe during other times of the year the property wouldn’t be as noisy I know first impressions are everything , so I will give this property a second chance on my next trip to Florida in late summer

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. We did not stay for more than 3 hours. As soon as we walked into the room, all we smelled was mold. One of the beds was wet. The bathroom was covered in black mold and hair. The final straw was seeing the cockroaches running around the walls.

Filthy and very rundown. The rooms with carpets are bug infested and the carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned since they put them in. They’re more occupied on getting the rooms fully packed and just dealing with the complaints and rather fix the problem my first two rooms were terrible, I went through six rooms. All terrible.

The pictures online are deceiving, the 1st inpression was an OMG, what did I do? The entrance was flooded for a 2inches of rain and we have to drive around the restaurant to get to the entrance, then the Lobby was not welcoming, I felt like I was at a Motel and or worst. The attending person said we might smell cigarettes as they can't control when guess smoke outside their rooms. Our room was disgusting, towel was rip, broken, the walls have been strip from furniture or picture frame and never fix, the carpet couldn't hold any more stains, the bathtub was dirty and had a mat glued to it and broken. please pay a little more but don't stay here. I want my money back.

Upon arrival the outside looked nice, the only desk staff was nice. However the room was down right filthy. The AC did not pull the humidity out of the room, and the shower felt like you were getting sprayed with a high power hose. I'm surprised I'm not bruised from it. The carpet had holes all over and some kind of black stuff like tar on it. There was black mold in the bathroom. We were supposed to have 2 queen size beds, but we ended up with 2 full size beds with feather pillows. We only had 1 wash cloth, 2 towels not what a room for 4 should have. The next morning we went down for the grab and go breakfast, which consisted of just coffee and orange juice. Before you say why didn't you ask for more towels from the front desk, well I'm sure they would of charged me for them. When checking in she added an extra 100.00 for incidentals, that is supposed to be returned to me in 3 to 5 business days. We shall see. Will never stay in a LA Quintana again.
