One of the Cleanest and up to date hotels in Fl at the moment with very competitive rates.
Will definitely be staying here on all my visits.
Rooms are spacious, nice pod coffee machines, bathrooms are spotless.
Large cleam rooms. Friendly staff. Fsst and easy check in. Breakfast food was fresh entire area was clean. Staff was great and attentive in the Breakfast lounge. Pool was clean area was kept clean. I would definitely stay again
We stayed here prior to our cruise departure. It's a great location to a lot of shops and restaurants. I liked the fact that you had to use your key card of your room to access the floors. There could be a little bit more variety for breakfast but it was fine. We'll definitely stay here again
The woman at the reception was a little stern. The view from the windows is not the best, but this is absolutely normal, because this is not a resort. In general, a good place, decent guests, quiet and peaceful, like any Holiday inn
Our view was of a water treatment plant, the smell was pretty strong. I believe the hotel staff did as much as possible to make the stay the best they could

Below average hotel. Its okay at the end of the day, don’t expect more than that. Had to reprogram my card everyday. Breakfast quality is low pertaining to overall taste and quality. Overall not so much a good experience other than the comfy bed.

Breakfast area was empty for the most part every day. Did not get a receipt when checking out. Have now called 5 different times and am still unable to just simply get my receipt.
The room we stayed had an awful smell. We asked to be moved to another room the odor was worst. The shower floor hadn’t been cleaned I’m grateful l had Clorox wipes so l cleaned it. The staff was very friendly but l never want to stay there again.
Good price, large room, nice check in person, convenient locale but neighborhood a little dicey at night.

I hate to leave a bad review bc the staff was really kind. But they couldn’t provide a crib so my baby slept on the floor. The pullout couch didn’t have sheets when we opened it so I had to give our comforter to my toddler. When we got a new comforter at 1am it didn’t have a Duvet and was nasty. They only give you two towels which my baby slept on so we had to go find new ones. The elevators are confusing. The doors in the hall slam all night and morning and the housekeeping starts knocking on doors and slamming them at 8am. I am so grateful to the staff but communication in the building is not good and I wish I paid 100$ more and went to a nicer place. If you compare it to India it’s heaven.. but American standards it’s worth about 90$ not the 250$ I paid.
Chaotic check in. Front desk staff kept trying to pass us off to the other person working. Be wary of booking through third party websites. We paid the same as if we booked directly, but our room overlooked the sewage treatment plant! Bed was comfortable and room was nice otherwise.
We were allowed to check in early, which was amazing. Our room had a musty smell and then we noticed a corner where of the room had a ton of water damage and had not been properly fixed, you could tell there was a lot of damage. The shuttle to the airport was a bonus.
Great location as a staging ground for cruises. Minutes to cruise port, many restaurants, groceries, etc within walking distance. Short drive to beach. Busy area.
Flight was delayed so no shuttle. Nor was there any advice forthcoming on how to get there from the airport other than "take a taxi."
Scammer tried to charge $120 for a five minute taxi ride.

My husband and I needed a place to shower and rest for a few hours as our flight had been canceled. This place was close to airport and offered free shuttle. The shuttle took over 1 hr to pick us up. We had called at 7:25pm & it picked us up at 8:45pm. So this long wait was not pleasant. The staff was very friendly and understood our situation. Since we had to check out at 3:30am we couldn't enjoy any of their breakfast nor enjoy the free shuttle as the earliest shuttle available is after 5am. So we paid for an uber. The staff did offer us a courtesy drink and snack from their vending unit in return for no breakfast and no shuttle. Dispute this situation my husband and I were in, we would stay here again.
Our only complaint was the tv....there was no channel guide ON the itself (as one of the stations), making basically unwatchable.
We had dinner at La Bambas (mexican/spanish) restaurant and loved it. The food was very good and the price was very reasonable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Nice area and decent breakfast, BUT my room smelled like musk and the carpet was soo dirty. Dust and dirt in the corner by the door. We found items left behind by previous occupants. Friendly staff.

There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel but you can expect to wait an hour or more for it. When I complained to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. So we ended up taking a cab after waiting an hour. Once we arrived, the hotel was average and the room was reasonably clean but the bathroom needed some updates-- the toilet was loose so when you sat on it it moved, the shower needed recaulking, etc. We only stayed one night so it was no big deal, but I would not stay there again. We paid over $450 USD for the night and it was not worth the price.
The moment we step in the room , it smell disgusting, very musty. We request change room. We waiting for like 10 minutes because the front desk guy was very busy . Only 1 staff work and there’s a few guests waiting in line. The front dest guy give me the other room on the same floor 110. He even check it before we go in. But this time the key card doesn’t work. We have to go back wait in line for him to open the door. Eventually, we still end up getting a musty room. This room 110 is slightly better than 101 but still smell very bad. It’s like basement or house’ve bern flood smell. I decide to compromise because it was 12:30 midnight. Me and me kids were exhausted after the long hour flights. My husband questioned the front dest staff why everyone get 2 floor room. It’s seem like most ppl in line get second floor room while they just give us room on 1 floor. He didn’t really answer our questions! By the way, the front dest staff said he will reprogram the door key. He never fix it. We can’t use the key at all. We end up ask family member open door if someone go out. I wouldn’t book this hotel again when I’m back in ft laudable. Very bad hotel experience! Why would you give customers a room the key card doesn’t even work? I truly don’t understand! Not to mention the musty smells that we don’t rest good! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
Generally it was convenient, pleasant and practical. In our room, however, the floor was quite dirty and I think it was primarily from a very dirty & very worn carpet.....I am not necessarily criticizing the cleaning staff (everything else was spotless) & I heard them vacuuming when we checked in. I went barefoot in the room and my feet picked up dirt and hair. Fortunately, I had slides to wear after washing my feet....Other than this, this was a good place.
We were staying prior to boarding a cruise. Enjoyed the location, within walking distance of several restaurants. Breakfast staff was great keeping the hot breakfast items stocked considering the large number of guests in the dining area.
