We were traveling from Arizona to Foley for personal business and stayed 3 nights at your property. I fell short of an excellent rating because: bathroom GFCI and living room desk USB/power station need replacing, not functional. Sofa has small stains but nothing major. Positive was our room was exceptionally clean! One of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in! Thank you to the staff for a great stay!

Jackie, Rebecca, Kirk, and all the staff were excellent. The only issue is that we were evacuated because of Hurricane IDA and our funds were limited. It would have been great if the room rates were not not inflated from before hurricane dates. Also i wish I could have applied my AARP benefits to reduce my bill.

Quick Trip!
The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! Our stay was a bit different as it was an emergency booking. And we only needed a place to wait with lots of luggage. (3 people) So we only stayed about 3 1/2hrs by the time we were allowed to check in. The room was nice, everything was very clean! The only thing I can say is the room itself smelled kinda damp, like mildew. Which also made the couch smell bad. If we’d been staying, we’d have purchased something to spray, like Lysol. Other than that, we would stay again under different circumstances!

After moving from one hotel to another due to the cleanliness and the other hotel bad condition.Comfort Suites was great from the time we walked in the door the greeting we received from the front desk staff was wonderful. This hotel was clean and very comfortable and was in the vicinity of everything. When we come back here to visit again we will stay here again.

We got there and went into our room and had a strong odor of amonia it was just not good. It was definitely not clean. They do have good customer service staff. Pamela was great she moved us into another room which was alot better but this place is definitely outdated

This hotel was in a good location close to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our rooms smelled great and fresh, but we did have issues with the air conditioner. Our room was so hot. We only got relief at night, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Comfy beds and pillows..shower head was pretty much non working (so had to take a bath instead). Friendly staff w/easy check in process. Close to shopping and dinning options. Approximate 20 mins from the beach.

Trash outside people dropped. Clean hotel but worn a bit. We didn't like the set up of the bed right nest to the air conditioner which blew on us all night. Shower head didn't work right. The breakfast wasn't good

Very hot
This is in the middle of summer in Alabama. The days are hot. The air was set to 77. We checked in at 6. We had to leave for a few hours, in hopes that the room will cool off. When we returned it had only dropped down to 74 at 9 at night. Don’t feel the air should be set so high. On a good note. Check was great. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

From to start to finish, this was a great place to stay!! The front desk ladies were very sweet and helpful. Breakfast was great. The room was very big. It was nice and clean. The housekeeper was very sweet too and gave us things we needed. It is very close and easy to get to Tropic Falls. Everything you need is close by.. Walmart, shopping mall, dollar tree lol. Will be back.
